I like the etched guide info, the heavy craftsmanship, and this "portrait" orientation fits perfectly on my counter. Is already becoming a sturdy kitchen workhouse, and I look forward to the goodness that I know will be coming when I use it.

I used this and it was fine for months, then one day i tried cutting on it and the thing was massively warped! I could tip it from side to side. No one would buy this product if they knew it would barely last a year. This product is maybe worth $10.

for my purpose this board could not be better...i live full time in a travel trailer and the counter space is very small...with this board and a pair of hinges i was able to double my counter space. for the money, it was the largest one i could find and is just perfect

Board is a bit rough even after treating and cleaning

As a Christmas gift, I cannot tell you of results using the pastry board. It looks very good - I only wish I was able to order a larger size.board.

I was not happy that the boards were a little warped when I received them. But they are a good thickness and sturdy.

I love the versatility of this cutting board. It's a cutting board on one side, and a pastry board on the other side. If you don't have lots of counter space, you can put this board on a dining table or small kitchen island and have fun making those Thanksgiving and Christmas pies and cobblers. This pastry board is well worth the price.

I purchased this for my wife as a Christmas present. The board is quite nice - very solid and the markings are set deeply into the wood to protect them from rubbing off in use. My only minor complaint is that the board was not nearly as smooth as I would have expected. Smoothness did not present a problem because I planned to sand and oil the board anyway. A few minutes with 220 grit sandpaper made the board smooth enough to begin applying mineral oil. I applied the oil with 0000 steel wool, allowing it to soak in for 20 minutes or so before wiping off the excess. I did 4 applications of mineral oil over a 2 day period. When I was done, the board was very smooth and well sealed. The deep-set markings prevented me from sanding off any of the printing during the sanding and oiling. I also added a maple cleat to the bottom if the front edge of the board to keep it in place when rolling dough. For a small amount of work, I ended up with a pastry board that is good looking and functional as a board costing far more. My wife and daughter love it.

Board is well marked and the perfect dimension for rolling pastry. This type of board is priced much higher elsewhere. Gave this as a gift to my daughter and she loves it.

A good cutjting board. I had to replace one that was a sliding built-in. This was the closest I could find to the size required. A few saw cuts and the addition of a small front and knob completed the project. Applied cutting/bakery board oil and good to go! I'm no cutting board expert but this one does everything needed. Highly recommend.
