Was easy to install and wire on my heater.

Bought a Cadet Com-Pak wall heater and didn’t realize that it didn’t have a true off switch. Bought the Cadet doulble pole thremostat kit and switched them out. Easy to install following the instructions provided. Took about half hour to change them out. Now it has a true off position and don’t have to worry about it turning on when it’s not being used. Wish it came with this option when I bought it but well worth the replacement.

Repairs were quick and easy

Thermostat kit was as advertised. The instructions did not match my heater (my fault thinking I had a Cadet heater). However the markings on the thermostat matched the markings on the original therefore I was able to make the correct connections and all is good. Temperature of the area has been holding steady.

Old heater without a true OFF position on dial went out. I wondered if this kit easily configures with a Cadet wall heater without a thermostat. I ended up calling Cadet’s Customer Service, who said it will, just snap out the round name plate on the heater and snap this dial in. Worked! Thx Cadet!

I had heaters that would not turn off when the temperature was very cold even when the control knob was turned completely down. I changed to these double pole thermostats with 'off' position and they worked perfectly. Very easy to install.

I bought a replacement thermostat for Cadet wall heater after about ten years use. The fit was correct, replacement easy and it has worked flawlessly since, about 6 or 8 months. Service was good, the correct part arrived quickly, my one question was immediately answered by a guy who knew what he was talking about. What more can you ask? Jim.

Needed to get this thermostat to replace the one that came standard in the heater because the heater will NEVER shut off as it comes from the factory. I've never seen a heater that does not have a on/off setting. The documentation is so vague that it alludes that it doesn't, so why not either state clearly that there is no way to shut it off from the unit or do the right thing and install this thermostat in the first place? It truly is a great heater, it supplies enough heat to heat up a 250 sq' room easily, is quite and very well built and is simple to install. This is used in a bonus room that isn't going to be used everyday, so why heat it if no one is going to be using it?

I bought the two pole switch to replace a failed single pole switch.
