Easy to put together and very sturdy! Love it! Not sure why my nickname is “dissatisfied” on here! We are very satisfied and thrilled with this product!

This product was delivered on time, without damage, and as advertised. Both the shelving and bench were easy to assemble. The shelf was easy to install on wall, but would recommend two people to make it easier. Both pieces are strong and the quality is good. The cover for the pad is very plain, but I wanted to make a custom cover for it anyway. We sectioned off a corner of our garage to make a "mud room" and pet storage area. Working well!

This item was not properly or totally drilled. I had to modify it myself to make it work. I also sent in an email to you previously about this and you never responded. Your customer service is abysmal.

The mounting hardware provided for the upper shelf is plastic drywall screws. That meant for me the upper shelf is level length wise and vertically but not by depth. Due to the pandemic Crosley is not accepting calls, and they didn’t respond to my email with my concerns about the top shelf falling down on us since it’s about a 1/4 inch off the wall on top. It’s been over a week and it’s stayed up, though. So it might be fine. We just won’t put anything heavy on it. For that it’s four stars and not five. Wish the mounting was more flush.

Directions were very thorough and precise. My husband and I constructed this in 2 hrs We are very satisfied with the quality.

Love the furniture the wall mount anchors supplied weren't great so my husband used his own but other than that I love it.

It’s a beautiful set! I ordered this in black and I’m very pleased with the color. I’m not using the baskets that were included for fear of scratches, but that didn’t bother me (I can use them elsewhere!). I assembled the pieces myself with little frustration or hiccups. Very happy!!

Good quality piece. Easy to assemble. Would have give. 5 stars, but baskets are not soft and rub against bottom. Looks great in my entry way.

I researched many options for a bench and shelf for our small mud room. I liked the design of this bench and shelf ... and was very pleased with the package pricing. Assembly went smoothly ... directions clear and all parts and even extra.

It came chipped and didn’t have holes for the side of the bench. Hopefully the new one they send us is better.

Assembly was not difficult, the instructions are well written. This piece is not true white, but it works for my space. My only complaint is that I had to buy different baskets, as the ones that come with this are incredibly rough and would destroy the finish after just a short time. Love it!

Very solid piece of furniture. It had a very strong smell when I opened the package but I left it in the garage and it was fine. Good price for the quality.
