Had to rebuild jamb. Take a look the sloppy factory assembly.

Builders Choice 30x80 prehung door. Top hinge installed 0.5 in off the jamb, misaligned with bottom hinges and unusable. Obviously defective - utter quality control fail?! If you want to buy this low quality brand unwrap and inspect at store.

The doors finished up beautifully. Matched the rest of the woodwork perfectly

Wood panels were rough along routered edges and unsightly. Door stops on jambs not secured well and came off many times during install. I used proper finish nails to keep in place. The of door is better than others and quality is better.

I bought 9 of these to replace all the doors in a condo. All of the doors arrived well packaged on crates and in great shape. I used the easy door hangers to hang them and they went in very quick. Very happy with the quality too.

The door was used as a linen closet door that is part of a bathroom I am remodeling at a vacation home. I like the solid core door which makes things quiet on both sides. Easy to install and it is a good looking door. I have not decided to paint white or clear coat, but will wait till sprint time for that.

We had to install this door because of time restrains, but the fame for the door was not straight particularly on the top and the corners were not tight. My carpenter spent at least a half hour trying to straighten everyhthing out. I know the door is guaranteed for five years, but when you are hanging prehung door you certainly don't want to fix it before it works.

Bought two of these doors for a remodel project. They arrived busted up so I sent them back. The second set arrived with many flaws. i.e. The joints are not mortised so they are fastened with plastic L-Brackets. One door was missing the bracket on one side resulting in it being very flimsy during installation. The trim inside one of the panels has a piece broken off of it. The veneer is peeling off and bubbling in one spot. The veneer is used to hide many structural flaws. One door is cracked all the way through, and is glued back together. Save your money do not buy.

The frame of this door is made from scrap pieces of wood and when you stain it, it looks like trash. It's disgusting. I will have to make the frame my self. I will have to return the doors and get slab doors

Door frame had damaged keeper area that had to be repaired. Numerous scratches and dents through out the door panels and frame. This was the last unit in stock so repair was the only option.

Excellent quality and beauty. Worked perfectly in our small cabin for a bathroom access door. Very easy to install and squared right up.

Some screws in hinges were loose and I would suggest a light sanding

Door looks good. Too bad it was warped near the top so that you have to use extra force to latch it. Should be made better. Kind of hard to uninstall it for a return.

Poor quality for $300

Door is nice jam at one spot was off by a quarter inch. But I got it installed. It’ll be fine
