Our Loveseat is a beautiful piece of furniture that is well built and looks great on our porch. We also purchased the table and rocker chair at the same time. We have have the 3 pieces about 2 months and are very pleased with our purchase.

What a great set! We got 2 sofas, 2 club chairs and 2 barstools. Wow! We love the look and comfort of all of thepieces. This was an easy decision being "Brown Jordon" and a unique design. The quality of my pictures are not too good but you can get an idea of the neutral look of them on a brick and limestone outdoor space.

Had one....loved it. Waited for just the right sale and purchased a second. Best decorating move I've made in a long time.

Products arrived on time. White glove service did not include complicated table assembly service. I paid delivery guys $30.00 extra to assemble table for us. They complied and were helpful. I really appreciated their assistance. One small back cushion has the large number 105 written on it. Very strange how do I get a replacement for this cushion? See photo. Table veneer has several scratches and edge is chipped. Poor quality is it was to resemble marble.

When I first got this table I was blown away. I absolutely loved it. It's been sitting outside all summer with very little use. According to the website it's made for outdoor use (sealed top). Well, I noticed something odd one day. It looked like water was coming out from the sides. I pushed down on the top and sure enough it squeezed water out. So the top was loose. I lifted up on the edge and the entire corner piece simple came off! Then another corner piece! I let it sit. Yesterday I took another peek at it and I noticed that all the pieces are developing hairline fractures at the top surface. Not enough (yet) to crack the piece in half, but who knows at this rate. Another reviewer claimed this is not a marble top, but it most definitely is. It's not a single piece, but it's marble. I absolutely do not believe this table should be used uncovered. If you have a covered patio or deck, it's an awesome table, but don't put this outside or you'll regret it.

This product weighs enough to be stone. What it looks like, however, is a completely artificial parquet floor pattern in some undefinable shiny plastic material that bears no more resemblance to real stone than does a flat screen TV. The "white glove" delivery consisted of leaving the box unopened on the poarch where the table was to be set up. Nothing was unpacked nor was any packing material removed and disposed of. When I unpacked it I discovered several ugly scratches on the table top that should never have passed the manufacturer's quality control (photo included.) The one thing to be said for this table is that it is indeed heavy and noway will it blow over in a heavy windstorm. Nor will you accidentally break the top when attempting to insert the umbrella into it as I did a glass top in the previously purchased patio table, breaking it into ten thousand pieces. I have received no response to my complaint regarding the scratched surface.

I was initially very pleased with this table along with a matching chair and love seat for my patio. What has turned my positive experience negative has unfolded over the last 3 months. Within two weeks of having this table, the top piece cracked. Aside from having a drink or two on the top literally once or twice in that first two weeks, we did nothing else to this table. No guests, no kids, no pets, nothing. I have a theory that once the legs were tightened it put stress on the frame and top cracked, but like I said, just a theory. Seeing that Brown Jordan offers a warranty I emailed them with pictures and my original invoice information. All seemed good and on Feb 26 said they would send me a replacement in 14-16 days. 5 weeks later, nothing. I emailed back asking for an update. No response. I sent a new email asking again for an update. I got a response back saying they'd check into it and get back to me. Once again no response. Its now the first week of May and still nothing. Just feels like a got a broken table and the run-around. Not a good experience at all.

You can tell Graystone put some thought into this set. It looks very elegant, but not over the top, which I like. The chair backs and sides are probably my favorite part and I appreciate that they upholstered those sections, it looks really nice. All the fabrics seems very durable and the cushions are very comfortable. The colors are also neutral in a good way so it matches with our existing patio furniture. I also like that the frames are very solid, but since they're made of aluminum they're light enough to move around with ease. The assembly of the coffee table was a bit tricky as the holes didn't quite match up, it took some muscle to get it all to fit together, but that's my only gripe. If you're in the market for some patio furniture that will push your patio into the next level, this is your set.

I received a set which includes the lounge chair, the loveseat, and the coffee table. The entire set I received is very sturdy and of excellent quality, the seat cushions have a zipper to allow for the cover to come off easily but the manual says not to dry clean or machine wash, only use a mild detergent and rinse with cold clear water and allow to air dry completely. The frames are hand painted and nicely upholstered. The seat cushions are thick and boxy (5.5" thick), very comfortable and not the kind you need to worry about getting flat after hours of sitting on them. The table top is made from marble and it has the details of real stone. The set came assembled except for the coffee table but it was very easy and quick to assemble. It didn’t come with assembling instructions, but it’s easy to figure out how to put the table together. It came with 8 hex bolts and 8 allen bolts both M6 in size, but the hex bolts are used to connect the table top to the legs and the allen bolts are used to connect the legs to the support cross frame. Just make sure you don’t tighten the allen bolts until the table top is attached otherwise the holes won’t align. Once the top is secured, you can then tighten the allen bolts on the legs with the allen wrench included. Warranty: Upholstered frames have a 15 year warranty. Fabric on cushions 5 years (but the zipper, cushion foam, and stitching only one year). Marble top 3 years. Although this collection is expensive, you are getting exactly what you paid for, high quality materials, a beautiful design, and good warranty. I highly recommend this collection.

I received the umbrella and the tilting mechanism would not lock so the umbrella would flop to one side. Otherwise, I liked the umbrella construction, color, style, etc. I returned the umbrella to my local Home Depot and tried to order another one but it was out of stock. It was a bad experience

I really thought I was getting a great deal buying this on sale at 75% off but I guess you get what you pay for. The table that I received was obviously rejected or a return, the packaging was obviously not factory sealed. The process that creates the marble appearance is flawed randomly throughout the top and sides (not Marble) and creates white marks. These missing or runny looking flaws are sealed under the clear finish and are obvious. I would not have purchased if I knew beforehand that I was buying a defect.

These chairs look much much expensive than they are. They’re really comfortable. Just got them so can’t say how they’ll hold up. Was disappointed in the “White Glove” delivery service as I asked if they’d take the chairs out of the box and he said you can do it. But that’s got nothing to do with the chairs. Very happy with them.

Table is attractive and sturdy. It arrived with excessive white fill. Not happy with this. Would like to talk with Home Depot about a replacement table.

Fabulous construction. Back pillow could be taller for us. Love the chairs!

We've had this table for two weeks and we put it outdoors on our patio. We've had some rain the past several days. All the tiles on top of the table started coming unglued. It was my understanding that this was an outdoor table, so it should be able to withstand some rain. Anyway, pretty disappointed. We are returning it.

Overall, we like this umbrella stand. It's heavy and does the job of anchoring our nine-foot umbrella. Our only complaint is the umbrella pole wobbles and does not stand perfectly straight. Working with Home Depot was a breeze. Free delivery right to our door.

We purchase a loveseat, two club chairs, a motion chair, a dining set, and two chaise lounges. The first shipment arrived very quickly, two days ahead of schedule. We opened the motion chair and a pair of dining chairs first. It became immediately apparent that the 'deep seating' feature was seriously overdone. Both chair styles came with only a lumbar pillow for back support. For people in my 5' 9" range a lumbar pillow is fine. However, for my wife (5' 2"), it was completely inadequate. Sitting back, her feet would not touch the ground.She had either to sit so far forward as to use either chair as if it were backless, or to pull her feet up onto the chair bottom. To remedy the situation would require a full, firm back support cushion of about 4" depth. None are made for any Greystone chair, which means either custom building or making do with some available cushion. We weren't up for custom, and couldn't find anything that preserved the style of either piece. We returned the entire set. Very disappointed, as the furniture was very well built, had the best warranty we encountered, and looked fantastic. Sadly, looks do not trump comfort.

Not your typical brown jordan quality. Bought numerous pieces, each was defective. 3 different tables were shipped and all cracked! Finally just kept the table and am living with small chips, blemishes on table. Chairs were all scratched. Returning product a nightmare! They charge your cc immediately for the re order without applying credit for the defective piece. Then they never show to pick up defective, this way they play with your money! Deliveries happen fast but return of product is non existent. They use different companies for drop off and pick up, awful experience. Called customer service, their attitude was "we gave you a discount". Well if buying it on sale is considered "giving you a discount", they will not be around too long. Run away from this inferior brown jordan merchandise, it is seconds made for Home Depot

I fell in love with a lounge chair at the Brown Jordan showroom...the quote was $8k for four. I was crushed...I had a $5k budget (more than generous). I found these chairs instead. Are they perfect, no. But they are super comfy, priced right...and with a few custom accent pillows, I can get the look I want (for a 1/3 the price). For durability, they will be fine for me...covered patio with no direct sun-light. I'll reserve my review on the coffee table...I can see how other reviewers have had issues. Overall, I believe the lounge chairs should last me 6-9 years (climate: Phoenix; no direct sunlight or rain).
