Minimal packing done for shipping. Instructions state installation parts bag is included, NONE (see pic that shows a bit of clear plastic which maybe was supposed to be the parts bag). Filter screen has a hole in it where a screw rubbed through either when it was assembled or during shipping (see pic). Screen is bent in the corner (see pic) where it was put together. By the way, the screen/light cover is just pushed/wedged into position and there's nothing to hold it in place. Coating on side of hood has three dark areas (see pic) that do not rub off.

Stylish and moderately easy to self install by an amateur DIY person. The fan operation is quiet and I love how it looks with my new stove.

I've only had it for a month or two, but so far the hood works just fine. It was very easy to install, and I like that we had the option to duct or not to duct. (That was the question...) We chose not to duct yet, but in the future if the kitchen smells bothered us, it would be fairly easy to take it down, cut a hole in the wall, and duct it out.

Changing kitchen appliances from white to stainless steel. I need ductless vent. The other review are correct if you want the charcoal filter does come separate. It comes with a stainless filer that is part of the light cover. The fan motor is NOT loud. I was worried because in one of the other review it said it was loud. Please be REAL, it's a very small fan motor that is NOT behind an insulated wall. The black cover that is to the left of the controls does come off and exposes the vent if you are using it for ductless. Order online and had it ship to local store. Very easy to install and very happy with this product.

It mounted right where my older one was located - great fit and a bit more up to date.

I had to use vertical ducting, the screw holes did not match, it did not fit right and high speed fan is very loud. Over all it is average nothing good or bad about it.

Cheaply made exhaust hood with poor welds on the corners, took 2 attempts to get one that worked and then I find it is a little noise than my old hood, only positive is it was white not stainless.

Not 260 CFM as advertised. The box, manual, and label in the hood all state a 220 CFM MAX. Where did 260 CFM come from?

We installed this replacing another fan. Had the entire project done within an hour. Love it! It looks so nice, and works great. Extremely happy with its looks, they way it runs, the entire product!

Easy to install and does do what it has to, illuminate and vent. Versatile in rectangle 10x3 and 1/4" and round 6-7" ducts.

Pretty loud on high speed, but decent quality for the price, if you can get an undamaged one. First one I ordered showed up with detached spot welds, the replacement had a torn filter.

Perfect fit. Easy installation. Works great. Other said the fan was loud on high, but I do not agree. Of course, it is louder than low, but not much and most do not run it on high for very long.

The supplies needed to hookup this hood were not mentioned on the box and not until opened. We could have been able to install sooner.
