It worked. I have no idea why this isn't carried in the store. I needed it to install a new vented microwave.

1/4 inch too small .......

Perfect fit for my over range microwave. Easy to work with, no sharp edges.

I had to replace a 3 year old microwave due to it filling with oil and grease from the fan exhaust. The problem was from the installation of a floor type vent used for heating and cooling. This was connected to to microwave outlet. It was not a tight fit and let in the grease and oil accumulate inside the microwave covering all the parts. The Broan Nutone fit like an glove on the outside of the vent housing. This is the only transition piece to use when installing a microwave.

I've bought a lot of 10 x 3 1/4 ×6 round transition ducts in my time and this one tops them all. If you flip it over it works like 6 round x 3 1/4 x 10. Amazing. Definitely recommend!

It is going to work, it is very thin metal. I needed to reshape it some, could be better quality for the money. I am using it to vent an over the range microwave.

Just what I needed.Makes the transition and had the clearance for the flap on the microwave hood.

This is the perfect duct for top venting a microwave to the outside. I replaced a range hood with an eight to six inch transition duct with this. Fit perfectly. I would have given this five stars except that the duct was bent. Looks like it had been jammed into the box before shipment.

This duct transition with it’s tall sides is needed if you’re installing their hood as the damper needs room to flip up when in use.
