Everything works, everything looks good.

Pro. Great pool kit has everything you need. Took 4 hours to assemble. Con. Comes with cheap ridged tubing. Highly recommend doing the plumbing from pvc with shut off points.

I will start by saying watch every you tube video on installations of above ground pools. There will be horrible directions for this pool. However my husband & I alone put this pool up & we have never put one up before. Do I recommend 2 people install it, absolutely not. I recommend 4 people. Take your time & watch professional installation videos on you tube. This pool seems to be made sturdy, I have 5 kids that swim in it daily & so far after 2 months no problems at all.

Home Depot service was excellent! Glad we could find a pool kit that would ship to Hawaii. The pool kit quality was poor often using the lowest end versions of the Blue Wave products. Ex: We had to buy a second pool liner as the included one was cheaply made. The instructions were beyond horrible. Instructions were on multiple sheets and one had to go back and forth. Often there was a sheet with the parts pictured but no assembly instructions. The pool is together and functioning after we put in the additional funds to upgrade parts and materials.

The setup instructions for the 27' round are a joke. I recommend watching setup videos by pool installers, they help. The base ring alone wasn't holding, when the hot sun hit the plastic. I placed small pieces of duct tape from the rails to the feet so that they would stay in place while putting up the wall. After the wall was up, everything else went smoothly as long as the walls were supported. Once again, watch videos for proper liner installation.

The ladder is very unstable. The pool is very nice.

I’ve installed a metal walled above ground pool in the past, this one was much more difficult, the instructions are not very clear and insanely hard to follow, if you intend to install this pool yourself make sure you have plenty of help. When you get the wall up and go to install the liner make sure you have it fully against the bottom of the wall with around 3-4 inches of liner showing outside of the wall, and INSTALL ALL OF THE TOP RAIL with the metal rail landing in the uprights.

The pool is a great value and is very well made. However, the instructions are unclear and that made the installation way more difficult than necessary. Steps appeared out of order with important details missing and we had to find videos online for clarification. It took a couple days to get everything set up with multiple people helping. I would definitely recommend the pool but not the instructions.

Pool arrived neatly packaged on pallet. All box included were organized with easy to follow instructions. After reading instructions and watching a couple of how to videos, my husband and I had the pool up and running in a couple of days.

We took this pool back after TRYING to set it up for 4.5 hours. We didn't even make it through the first step of putting the metal wall through the track. This was so frustrating-we had 6 people helping and wasted a day attempting to put this up. We called to see if they had someone we could have install but, no such luck.

Needs better directions, but we are LOVING IT!

We didn’t use the ladder or the filter, but the pool is beautiful. I strongly recommend a professional install though. It is in an enormous challenge to install.

We've had the pool up now for two days and it appears to be ok. It took four people to get the pool assembled and water ready. It's been filled now for about 24 hours and seems sturdy. However, i have a HUGE complaint about the ladder. This ladder is wobbly at best. Even my eldest who weighs about 120 lbs soaking wet causes the ladder to sway and steps to bow. While we intend to build a deck next summer and will be buying a new ladder at that time, it is upsetting to spend all of this money on a kit and part of the kit be way below satisfactory, if not almost dangerous. If you're able to purchase another ladder, I recommend doing so.

Let me start by saying after the pool is completely assembled, it is a very nice pool. Now for the cons-The instructions are a JOKE. It took several men 3 attempts to put up the pool. No videos, pictures are almost blacked out and instructions are vague. The ladder is awful.

The swimming pool is a quality pool, as reflected by the price. The setup and installation is a bear of a job. The manual claims that three persons can put it together in a day. What they fail to say is that it must be a calm day (something extremely rare in South Texas). The walls are one continuous roll that is very heavy. You will need at least five to six persons to help you keep it in place. Once the walls are on the bottom rail and can strengthen it with the top rail the job gets easier. Plan on two days (prep and installation) with at least four persons on hand to help. The kids love the pool. Let's see how it holds up in the Rio Grande Valley's high humidity.

These are absolutely the very worst instructions ever. If the people who made the instructions would've actually put it together, they would've realized they're wrong. It doesn't take 6 hours, it takes 12 or more. We'll see how tomorrow goes. Must frustration after doing and redoing.

The pool looks really nice in our backyard. We opt'd for professional installation, which was not cheap, but we wanted to insure everything was done right. My only complaint is it would have been nice to have more information up front on the website, such as what type of things were recommended to insure that you have what you need for pool care. i.e. nowhere did it state that sand was recommended to keep the ladder weighted down. But I am sure we will figure it all out, but and I know we will enjoy it.

This pool is very sturdy and the rail system around the top is the best! Being that this was our first pool the setup was very easy and quick but learned a few things. Make sure to have your ground fully leveled Without building up the dirt, dig the high spots down. Be sure to use patio blocks where the rail posts are going and also get the foam pool cove, well worth it. The ladder that came with the package is very sturdy for my 250lbs and the sand pump is very quiet. Ordered a solar cover and we are in WI and still enjoying it daily.

THE INSTRUCTIONS COULD BE MORE IN DEPTH FOR FIRST TIME INSTALLER. THEY SHOULD ALSO INCLUDE CONTACT NUMBER FOR BLUE WAVE IN THEM FOR WARRANTY, ETC.

Pool came packaged well. It is a sturdy pool. Great quality for the price. However, the directions were a bit vague, and the required overhang for the liner was way off, which we did not know until the tanker came to fill our pool, and it was too late at that point. The required liner over hang was 3" per the directions, however 9" would have been more accurate. Now we have lots of wrinkles in our liner do to not having the proper liner overhang.
