The portion of the rotating knob could have designed well. It is very difficult to turn the knob due to its size . Instead a protruding lever to flip the lock works better

You might as well purchase the $11 version because the key mechanism doesn’t work. The screws were too short so I had to use my own. Not impressed with this product but it does what a cheaper one would do.

Fits well and looks great. However, the keyed door lock does not work and would have preferred not to spend the money on the one with a keyed door lock (they were out of stock with the one without a keyed lock).

The key is not working...the screw is short if you install with the handle...i used the old screw to intall the handle.i have no time to return it to the store. I used it with a broken key.

Perfect fit to replace my old Reliance brand sliding patio door lock. But... 3 things: 1. SAVE the latch from your old lock. This item has a short latch. Some older sliding patio doors require the longer latch, easily swapped out from the old.lock to new. 2. DON'T overtighten the 2 screws that hold this lock in position. The key did not turn when the screws were too tight. 3. KEEP all internal parts of this lock in their shipped position to ensure proper function. TIP: Snap a pic with your phone to recall mechanism locations if needed later.

Poor quality. Required use of parts of replaced latch to function. Needed lubrication. No available key blanks for making duplicate keys.

The lock is only made for very thin doors. The lock can't be used for standard patio doors.

This was a perfect match to my old one where the screws became stripped. It was not available on line but found it in the store.

Very poor construction did not fit well and a clip fell off and would not stay on. I returned the item.

Easy installation.

Fitted in 10 minutes, works perfectly.

The hook was to short to reach and lock I had to replace it with the old hook for it to work

Tried to replace similar make and model but without lock that was purchased a year ago. However, when door was closed, key would not turn the lock to latch, the lwas about 1/16-1/8 inch away from latching. The parts could not be moved any closer or adjusted to get the key to lock.

The locking mechanism is not working properly. Followed the instructions but still not working. Very disappointed with this product.

Every sliding door has a unique opening and this one fit perfectly. We did have to put a shim behind the latch on the frame to get it to lock. Other than that, a smooth fit!
