The blinds were cut very messily and there were jagged edges on over half of the custom blinds we received. Would not recommend.

I absolutely loved these blinds. They are black-out as stated and look beautiful. GREAT VALUE and BEAUTIFUL! Came in quick, too! The only small complaint was when entering in window opening measurements, it doesn't instruct you that 1/2" will automatically be taken from the width to ensure it's not too big. i purposely rounded down my measurement for the same reason. It doesn't show until you finalize your order and I could not see a way to change it. I probably could have called customer service, but since it was after midnight and I was putting room darkening drapes over it, it wasn't a huge deal. Just a heads up to others - go ahead in put in the EXACT measurements (possibly round up a hair if you want it snug). LOVE LOVE LOVE the shades though!!!! I"ll know better next time!

This product was exactly as described. It was easy to install - my husband said the screws were "cheap" and used his own, but otherwise, this shade is great. It does block out the light - we have an inside the frame installation so there's a little light leakage on the sides, but we knew about that and don't have a problem with it. The shade looks great on the window.

These are nice quality blinds. They work excellent for blocking all light and are good insulators.

the cutting edges of the blinds were so uneven and poorly executed it made me question the durability of the entire items bought.

These shades work just great in our main big window in the living room. We have several of them in our house. They really block out the sun when we don't want the extra light. They fold up and down great just by pushing on the bottom "rail". No cords to deal with or hide. They do the job ...

The cut was terribly done. It was jagged and had a plastic flap still sticking off the end of the blind. It was also cut to the wrong length.

Looks nice. Just put them up a few days ago. Had some bent edges at the top. Hope they disappear after they have hung for a week or so.

Came as described, even broke one bracket ... called Bali and was shipped three no hassle. Was upset they do not sell brackets in store.

They were cut 1/8 th inch over. I really needed the actual size 29.5 and not over. But I'm keeping them they look real nice
