After one month of use, I raised the blind a few inches to dust the window ledge. The mechanism in the rail head broke, and the blinds could not be lowered. I tried raising the blinds several time to aid in lowering them again. Nothing worked. It would stay at the level I raised it to and would not lower.

Product was easy to install.

The only problem was box apparently had come open and there were parts missing.

Easy to install once you figure out which way the brackets go. I'm happy with the product. The person who cut them to the correct size was very nice and did a good job. Good customer service.

Was a perfect fit

The length was a little short from what I needed, so I added a wooden spacer to compensate. The width of the blinds were cut just right.

Blind arrived on time and was a perfect fit. Home Depot did a great job.

I question the room darkening feature of this blind. It does little if anything to darken the room.The blind itself is good.

These blinds were easy to install, and worked fine in an older house that had odd size windows. They are lightweight, but are still light darkening. Worked nicely.
