This is my 3rd time buying this shade, I recommend it, particularly for uncommon window widths. Great darkening shade! MEASURING: For inside mount, measure the frame width, then order 1/4" down. My width is 42" so I ordered 41.75". The mounting hardware takes up the missing 1/4". No matter what you read, the hardware is NOT INCLUDED. Order separate, it's a couple of bucks. The length is way too long for our short windows, so for all 3 shades I had to measure, cut, then fold and glue a hem for the pull bar. The store does not cut length. I had only one issue: this 3rd shade came 1.75 inches wider than what I ordered. Drove 34 miles roundtrip to the store-- they cut width at the store for free, bring your receipt. I must really like this shade to go through all that hassle. Yes, I do!

The product is very good and working very well, Important to read the direction so it can roll up and down properly. The concern I've had is the mounting hardware that doesn't allow enough tolerance so if you under measure it will still work. It was cut 1/8" to short and wouldn't work with the hardware. I think the mistake I made, is I should have bought the mounting hardware and installed it, then make the measurement, so that way I would know what tolerance I have.

Didn’t come with brackets

You get what you pay for. The shade does not retract all the way. Every 5 days or so, you have to remove the shade from the brackets and manually “reset” the shade to fully retract.

These shades were just as pictured. Ordered these to replace old roller shades. They are arent great quality, but pretty nice given the price and when compared to more expensive shades. They are lightly textured and block enough light without being room darkening. Work well behind sheers.

the shade itself was fine, it's the roller it's on doesn't reach the mounted brackets, it's too short

Gave it 2 stars for fast delivery n friendly pick up/help at my local HD . I bought universal brackets . Eazy install . The hardest n difficult thing was to actially work the blinds . Would not go up or down with ease . Other issues also but that is the main purpose of my return .

Quality not good as expected.

This product was exactly what I expected for the money.

It was perfect. I was worried about the measurements and made several phone calls to confirm the measurements I gave was the correct measurements. I had thought maybe I should have increased the width by an eighth of an inch but when the shade came I was happy. The measurement I gave was perfect!

Very thin. Actually came to me with a defect on the material as you rolled it out. This is supposed to be a room "Darkening" shade, but the way it mounts (inside), it leaves too much light to come through from the sides. Might work better if you order it much wider and do an outside mount, but that was not my application. I took it back.

Easy to install and a great blind for the price.

The product itself was ok. Perfect size to fit. However, they lost one of two orders on the way. The box was broken when delivered.

The shades look good and the pattern is nice, but they did not cover the space as in the photo. There is more than inch of space on each side which lets a lot of light in.

It was a mistake to order this type of product off of a website. The shade I ordered was cut to the correct size, but the website failed to mention the extra 3/4 of an inch you need to deduct from your measurement to account for the size of the end caps. Definitely disappointed.

5 months after installing, "shade roll" warped, not allowing shade to be rolled up more than a foot without physically rolling it up. Going to see if I can exchange or get @ back.

I ordered this online and was not aware that it would have to be cut to size, so I ended up bringing it to the store to have it done. The shade is flimsier than I had thought and is OK - not great value for the price. We've had it about a month.
