The blackout level is great, and they feel slightly tougher than "regular" mini blinds. My only gripe is that the cord to raise/lower the blinds has to be cut to length (or else it is ridiculously long), and the safety mechanism and weakness of the cord make the mechanism open occasionally.

After home depot shipped the wrong size first time. Second arrived correct size. Still not what I would consider Black Out. Still too much light come through. But better than regular ones.

These blinds fit great and they are more durable in our camper than the metal blinds.

The first two I bought from HD decorative hardware for the pull broke. One shade was uneven. I like the price and bought more. I haven't put them up yet so hopefully this issue will not continue. I guess you get what you pay for.

Just installed one 35•72 and one blind slat is completely missing now going to have to drive to lake forest the blind to be cut 47 3/4 does not fit cut wrong ridiculous after I ordered online to pick up had to wait in lake forest store for 4 hrs to pick up they refused me to go pull my own order

They came fast and the cut was perfect. Our windows are not typical sizes, and I was nervous about ordering.

Blinds don't completely close when turned upward. 2nd set of these blinds that does this. Not great for privacy since the blinds only gave down and you can still see through from the opposite side. This needs to be fixed. Just a thought.

The blinds were a great price and very nice. My ONLY complaint is when mounting, the area for the screw was very hard to manipulate. Other than that, they are perfect.

Easy to install but did not keep the light out as described.

Don't really block much more light than the non Blackout version. Should re think the "Blackout" name. These are more light filtering if anything

Really cheap design. The blinds will not lower without being pulled on each side. I've never seen blinds that don't lower by just gravity. I went to pull down slowly and gently and the cord pulled out of the bottom of the blind. I tried to rethread cord and became so aggravated the blind ended up in the trash. The other blinds in the house are the same way. I seriously doubt I'll ever buy or recommend Bali to anybody!

'very disappointed in blackout mini blinds. They don't keep the light or Sun and heat out. In order to achieve true blackout had to cover with long black plastic bags. I wouldn't recommend these to anyone who wanted to keep Sun's heat and light out.

These blinds are useless. They let in an enormous amount of light between the slats. AND they are so cheaply made that one blind broke the 3rd time I lowered them. The remaining 3 Bali blinds I have from Home Depot bought not even one month ago, are showing signs of their defects with the cords. They are a pathetic and terribly cheap product. I will return the remaining ones next week.
