Not able to pull blinds up or down

I recently purchased enough of these blinds to do a whole house. Unfortunately 2 have issues with the drawstring. One wont release back down, and one has a broken string coupler. They are good solid blinds and remove most light. Do not use Home Depots rule about cutting a half inch from your wood to wood measurements. They dont mount like traditional blinds, and now I have an unwanted gap on both sides. Consumers beware the person that cuts them. Cut them to your EXACT wood to wood.

fit perfectly and easy to install. "blackout" is a bit of a stretch but they do make the room a lot darker . very happy with them

The blind was received with dirty slats, that don't wipe off. Very disappointed.

It worked out great. The right item showed up in the box, the item wasn't damaged, and it was actually the right size this time....amazing :)

I first went to order and had to wait for them. When I could finally order did not take long to receive them. I love Bali blinds, I have them in most of my windows in my home. They look absolutely awesome in our bay window. Is exactly what I expected from Bali worth the wait and money.

i love mine they make my kitchen look great with all the other remodeling that was done.

The blinds were easy to install once I got the hang of it and look great on the windows. The only downside, some of the slats were bent where they were entangled in the pull strings. Otherwise great product!

First the good part: The blinds were cut perfectly and delivered with no problems. The bad part is that they are absolutely not blackout blinds. They no not even close completely when turned completely upwards. They barely pass as room darkening. I have to buy something else to achieve the desired result of a dark bedroom.

They fit just right, and were easy to install.

It looked a lot harder to install than it really was, and it keeps almost all the lights out

I ordered actual sizes 341/2 and actual size 35 in and they were all 341/2. No problem cause they did work. But the part that I was dissatisfied about is that the shades only close one way. The wrong way. I have to put them on backwards to get the full black out affect. They don't close all the way in both directions so it lets to much light if you put them on with the wand in front like there supposed to be installed. I would never have purchased them if I knew that. All the shades I ever installed I never seen any like these that close all the way. The wrong way. Thank you. Joseph.

The blinds fit perfectly

No this product did not meet my expectations! on the package they are advertised as Black out blinds, Far from the truth, I could understand light bleeding in from the sides of the shade but the blinds omitted light throughout. Also the way they are constructed they can only be closed tight in the down position allowing sunlight to pass between every slat. They were easy to install and the directions were quite clear. But this product is a good example of You Get What You Pay For.

I got these for my projector room but they do very little good. I still have to put black out curtains over these to bring the light down to a reasonable level in the afternoons.

harder to intall than i anticipated, the metal was fairly flimsy so it bent when trying to install the blind once the metal pieces were mounted. Had to rebend them a couple times, now that they're up they're nice and do the trick but they were very difficult to get up, recommend 2 people.

Blinds will definetly block out light but poor mechanism to raise them up and down. Blinds are very heavy and have 3 cords to lift them. The 3 cords are inserted into a plastic barrel with is then pulled by 1 cord. First time opening them barrel came open and cords went flying. Had to reinsert cords into plastic barrel and wrap it with electrical tape to keep it together. Blinds of this size and weight should have a better system to raise and lower.

Employee did nice job cutting to size. Blinds look very nice but do not work. Once up we cannot get them to come down without some major manipulation.
