this product is very well made and very attractive; however, the two I purchased were both defective. Perhaps there is a serious flaw in the design and all of the blinds are like this. the mini-blind slats would not open and close correctly. the slats would close just fine when turned downward; however, when turned upward they would stick at halfway up--go no farther. Due to the angle of the light I was trying to eliminate from my bedroom, I needed the slats to slant upward. No way. They were neither black outs at up-slant nor down-slant. I emailed the manufacturer and explained the problem. I did not get a response about my problem but they did ask me for the purchase number from the factory! I returned both blinds to home Depot for refund. It could be factory error--design error--or something else. Whatever it was, the blinds did not do the job.

they do not close properly since the top was cut to fit but the actual slats are still too long. the string holding the blinds together keep tangeling. I wasted my money and I woud never buy cut to size blinds again.

I ordered blinds on line because they did not have the size that I desired at the store.The blinds were cut too wide. I returned them to the Aberdeen, MD Home Depot store for a refund. I waited until the holidays were good and over then I had a home depot associate order them from the store. I got what I ordered. My husband went yesterday to order more blinds. This time Kathy, a Home Depot employee of seventeen years helped him. AHHHHHHHH to my surprise he came home with the blinds in hand. Apparently you can purchase these blinds in the store and they can cut them to size too! Here's the kicker, they were half the price and she was able to cut them to the exact size. I do like the blinds. For inexpensive blinds they are sturdy and block out light. So I would recommend the blinds but not the service.

Great blinds for the price. They look great in the window. However, when you turn the blinds down and close them completely a small amount of sunlight shines through the crack onto the ground if the sun is at the right angle. If you close the blinds in the reverse direction they only close about 3/4 of the way. I also purchased a Hampton bay cut-to-size blind and the quality was much less. One of the strings broke in the 1st day before I could even place it in the window. So the Bali blinds seems to be a much better quality.

I had this shipped to Hawaii, and it arrived on-time and in perfect condition. The measurement was exactly what I ordered (had to shorten it, but that was expected ahead of time). It was high quality, easy to install, and was exactly as advertised. Very pleased!

We love these. I used one blind in the family room. It reflects the light against the window from the outside that you can't see in the open blind. We put them in the bedrooms and like how they keep the light out . They look good with our grey house and white trim. Very modern looking.

The instructions were a little confusing but once we figured the brackets out it was super easy. They look great
