The chair looks great but was a pain to put...
The chair looks great but was a pain to put together as the screws for the arms would not go into the back. Boss support was even more painful to work with and it took 2 weeks to get replacement parts.

I abosolutely love this chair! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the wheels don't roll great. Other than that small issue, this chair is such a bargain for the price! It is super comfortable & looks great! I use it 8hrs a day 5x a week too!

Great chair except...
Love this chair, but like others said, I can't get either of the arm screws to go in all the way so it is not stable at all. Some of the bottom screws would only go in a little as well.

Right arm of the chair did not screw in completely....
Right arm of the chair did not screw in completely. Had to go out and buy 8 washers to make up the difference in space. Everything else was fine.

very easy to assemble. The grey color is exactly the color I wanted and was a perfect match. I would buy it again. Although I have only had it a few weeks, it is very comfortable to sit in. Very satisfied with my purchase.
