nice features and a nice colour
Our old toilet seat that was 30 yrs old had broken hinges. It was a Crane colour --Jasmine- that was not available anymore. The Sunlight colour blended well . It is nice to have the self closing seat.

Had only a month or so and product snapped into. Bolt broke. Plastic. Will not purchase again. Now, I have to purchase another toilet seat. I am soooo disappointed in this product. Would not recommend to anyone.

Bemis Manufacturing offers a one year manufacturing defect warranty that is handled through the location of purchase. We have a contract agreement with the Home Depot corporate office in which they are to replace the seat when within one year. Please return your defective seat to the store for immediate warranty replacement. Place your item in a clear plastic bag. The retail store does not have to keep your used seat in the store or handle it in any way. They will simply view the damage and give you a new warranty seat sending your broken one home with you. Took me an hour and a half to get the...
Took me an hour and a half to get the old toilet seat off, but once I did, this one installed in 10 minutes. Had a few problems matching the color, and one seat they sent was partially disassembled (impossible for me to repair), but then smooth sailing. I like the “whisper” close: gentle.

Not enough stock
Although I love the slow close toilet seats, every time I go to Home Depot they don't have enough items in the store.
Specifically the white and beige colors were not available in the slow close seat,
And after ordering the correct color online, they sent me the wrong color.
I immediately went to Lowe's, who had exactly what I wanted in stock.
This is happened with bulbs, electric products, toilet bowl repair items and so on.
I really like Home Depot, but between their lack of stock and their lack of personnel to help I am dissatisfied.

Nice replacement very close to original color
This seat replaced one from a 25 year toilet that I did not want to replace. So very happy we were able to match the color satisfactorily. Product is good quality and easy to clean.

It's hard to pay almost as much for a seat as you would for a toilet. It looks good, is comfortable and they last well

This is the best toilet seat I've ever installed!
The color matched beautifully to my yellow tinted toilet. I love the gently closing feature and the 4 pressure points on the part that rests on the toilet. It was so easy to install. My family was very impressed with my selection and thought I had bought a new toilet. I will be buying this brand for another toilet.

Quiet closing lid is a nice feature.
Easy to install. I like the quiet closing feature of the lid. My original color was discontinued and I had some difficulty choosing a color close to it, but I can live with the color I finally chose.

very easy to install
Time to upgrade the toilet seats at my house. This Bemis seat was affordable and "high tech" when compared to what it replaced. The soft close feature is amazing. I don't know why I didn't replace it before. Installation was a snap. It also claims to be antimicrobial. I'll take that as well. I recommend this product.

Good Seat, A Little Expensive
This matched my Kohler Jersey Cream toilet exactly. It installed easily, is durable, and is as comfortable as a seat with a big hole in it can be. A really nice feature is the way the seat snaps off for cleaning. SO much easier to wipe it down, snap it off, and scrub the porcelain without the seat in the way. The only drawback is that it's a bit pricey.

Home Depot has an excellent selection of these products to choose from. They have all different colors and shapes that maybe needed.
