Easy to install and perfect match to existing 30 year old toilet. I would have given five stars if there was not a minor flaw in the seat.

The toilet seat installed easily and the easy unlocking feature is good for keeping the bowl clean around the tank area. The slow closing features at first seem good. Since we installed it however, we've learned from a consumer product analysis that at lot of bacteria can pollute the atmosphere in the bathroom upon flushing before the lid is completely closed. Home Depot used to provide a special order card with color swatches attached that represented available colors and it was quite accurate. I could bring the order form home, pick a color chip that was part of the order form and proceed with the order. We picked the site recommended by Home Depot Customer Service to look for the best match. Unfortunately the color of the product received was not a very good match for the one selected from the internet, but we will still keep the seat rather than spending more money on shipping to return it.

I'm a senior citizen woman and I install the toilet seat my self. The only problem I had was after tightening the nuts I could not snap off the bottom portion of the nuts. Someone else had to do this for me. It would seem like this could be a easier way of installation. Other than that I am very please with my purchase.

Trying to find the right green toilet seat to match my older toilet was challenging, and I was reluctant to order online and risk having to mail back something that didn't fit or was the wrong color. But this seat fits our Kohler toilet perfectly and is an exact color match. I like how the cover fits completely over the seat for a neat appearance. it was also easy to install.

The color goes with the bathroom good, everyone like the rich color.

Have a bathroom from 1950's; seat fits & seems durable enough & great to have color match. Finish or at least when you look at inside of cover seems to give an unevenness to the color reflection only because when you look close up you can not see it - trying static guard spray to see if it is lint otherwise would be perfect & would reorder if needed replacement in years to come

Great toilet seat and very easy to install, BUT the color online is darker than the actual product. Home Depot is my DIY store for life!! One little "hiccup" will not sway my loyality!!

This is a fine product. The color was the most important part of our choice, as it had to match the rest of the bathroom fixtures. The online photo is reasonably close to the product as received. The old seat was made by the same company, yet was not quite a perfect match for the new one. Apparently there has been a slight change in 30 years. But it is as close a match as we could find, so we are satisfied with it.

It's was easy to assemble and It works very good. I would recommend it's to everybody.

I ordered this product on line to match color of the 1950s toilet. It is a little light, but seems to be the best color - the pink would have been too pink.

The quality of the product was as expected-excellent, however,since Bemis manufactures dozens of color toilet seats many which are quite similar, I ended up having to make an exchange to get the right color match. Before second purchase, I solved my problem by going to Bemis Manufacturing's website where you can order color samples, then revert to Home Depot for purchase, FYI, HD's price is significantly less than Bemis. I highly recommend getting the color samples first to avoid wasted time.

Bought this to replace a worn out seat that didn't match in color. The list showing the available colors by number from all the toilet manufactures was great. I didn't think it was possible to find an exact match since the bathroom is over 25 years old. Not only was the color of the seat exact the quality exceeded my expectations. Worth every penny!

am very happy with this purchase. unhappy that the hold down bolts were missing and they are unique and regular bolts do not work. tried to contact factory but they were closed for easter weekend. local home depot saved the day by taking the bolts out of a similar type stock seat and I did not have to wait for factory to send proper bolts. love the customer service at home depot.

The color matched the photo of the on-line product very well.

The toliet seat turned out to be exactly what I needed. I had to replace the seat on an old toliet. It was not easy finding the right color match. This particular seat matched perfectly in terms of color and it was easy to install.

I am happy I found the color to match my toilet and bathtub. It was easy to put on and it is sturdy. The "Whisper Close" hinge sometimes annoys me because I am trying to put the seat down and I am used to it plopping down so I have to give it a push. If you aren't in a hurry it will go down by itself slowly. It's cool and all in all I like the Whisper hinge for my three year old.

Easy to install, though one end of a plastic nut broke off during installation by only finger-tightening. The self-closing and slow-closing lid is a real plus.
