Good, Dependable Pait

Exterior and Interior home paint projects.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Behr Exterior paint for over 30 years and have never had a failure. I usually apply 2 coats by brush and never look back. It last for over 10 years in the climate of south Louisiana.

Paint is great ! Price has gone from $205 to roughly $268/5 gallons outrageous government claims single digit inflation they need to go back to school and take basic math. I realize Home Depot is caught in the middle. Oh well McDonalds and Burger King is now priced like a three star Michelin; and the jokes on us. Lucky to live in the Islands

Behr Semi Gloss Exterior is resilient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I applied Behr Semi Gloss Exterior paint to my house trim, and my friend's house trim. It has proven to be resilient against the ocean mist, fog, direct sun, and wind. I always tell friend's to use it if you want the trim, wood and appearance to last a long time.

Love b e h r Ultra
I've and painting it with the bear Ultra semi-gloss and I also use your primer before I painted it is the best paint goes on smooth Glides across the wood it is so good and it's been on my deck now almost 2 years no problems no peeling no nothing because I went by your book that taught me how to prep my deck. If you don't prep it by your directions you probably will have a mess because you've got to prep your deck. This paint is out of this world it's awesome.

Paint fades in sun after a year supposed to last for the amountof money Behr rep has disrespectful and honestly I will avoid Behr and buy Bejamin Moore paint from now on even if HD does not sell it.

This product works really well. I have used it on my front walkway and I love how it is sustaining the foot traffic. Make sure your surface is prepped really well. Think of the first coat as just a base coat. Then the next two cover and create the look you want. Using it on my patio right now.

Hi Juan, thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear the Exterior Ultra Paint had peeled, and I can understand how frustrating this must be. As it turns out, this paint is not recommended to be applied directly to plastic surfaces. To fix this, I recommended removing any loose coating by scraping or sanding with 80-grit sandpaper. Then sand smooth the edges, clean the area, and allow it to dry. Once dry, prime using our Bonding Primer No. 432, and touch up or re-coat the area with Exterior Ultra. Very good paint!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t know for sure but the paint seems to stays somewhat tacky longer than before (4yrs ago).For example I painted exterior of the old cement sink outside and ten days later my pants and it’s fibers still sticking to it. Not full on stuck ..just enough that you notice it. Fibers in the sink paint but no paint on my pants. Still I really like this paint, just don’t lean on it.
