We only needed one fresh coat and we are overjoyed with the look of our first new home. The paint really made a whole lot of a difference. Scuff defense means that! Excellent paint for the value and it looks amazing.

The color went on smooth and was as rich and deep as I expected it to be. It didn't fade and was easy to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we purchased a 1970's home in the fall of 2021 the housing market was tight. The home was the worst example of 1970 and we were told by previous owner that it had not been painted inside since the contractor painted it originally. It never occurred to us that ONE coat of Seashell Gray Behr Ultra Scuff Defense would cover white paint that had turned yellow years ago AND add a lustrous depth. So absolutely beautiful we have continued down the hall and plan to paint the remainder of the rooms with the same Behr Ultra.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used BEHR products for the last several painting projects in our house and have always been happy with the results. The last couple projects, we have used their Scuff Defense - Stain Blocking Paint and Primer and it works great! Our house is an older house with plaster walls that aren't perfectly smooth, and we used to expect to have to do 2 to 3 coats to get complete coverage and a consistent sheen. We have only had to do one coat in most areas we have painted with minimal touch-ups needed. The price is nearly half as much as the premium brands for their comparable products also.

I previously had issues with this particular bathroom where I would cut in and then roll the walls but the two didn't blend correctly no matter how many coats I put on the wall. With this Behr paint, we did two coats and everything is seamless. It turned out great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this for our stairway. Things get moved up and down the stairs frequently. Most recently, a desk. A LARGE desk. The walls got hit quite a few times, but the paint stayed nice.

I just put it last week and very happy with the results

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very durable product. Painted my laundry room in April 2021 and love the color and the finish. Color I used was solemn silence PPU26-12. It is a light blue/gray shade. I especially like the finish in both daylight and night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Behr Scuff Defense Paint. This product is great if you have kids and/or pets in your home. Helps keep the scuff marks down to a minimum. And with the mold and mildew resistant its great for bathrooms and kitchens that produce a lot of moisture.

I helped a coworker paint his entire interior house, boy did this product work amazing. Everything about this product is what you want when painting. I covered most areas with one coat but we decided to do two coats just to make sure. The scuff ability of the paint is the highlight as it has the ability to resist any marks your dogs or kids will provide. I highly recommend heading to a home depot and ordering this paint because it is Number 1.

I love I didn't have to do multiple coats of pain to get an even coverage.. also... with 6 kids, finger prints wipe off easy with out messing up the paint. Highly recommend

I chose Behr’s Ultra Scuff Defense Paint & Primer in Gentle Rain & Dolphin Gray. The paint went on nicely and covered the previous amethyst color well just with one coat! I did a second coat just to bring out the depth of the Dolphin Gray and it looks fabulous. My granddaughter was very pleased how it turned out. ❤️
