[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to paint for our short term rental property and the coverage was amazing, but what is most impressive is the ease to clean off dirt and scuffs with no effect on the paint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a 5 gallon container of this paint in Ultra white to paint my rooms in my house that were white already. The paint didn’t cover in one coat and I was force to paint the walls twice. Doing this prevented me from having enough paint to paint the other rooms and I was forced to purchase more paint.

Cleanup is a breeze with soap and warm water. We used the Scuff Defense interior satin enamel medium base. The paint covered well with only one coat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Behr paint for decades, but this was the first time I had used the Behr Ultra. I did not get a lot of dripping with this paint and it went on rather smoothly. It does dry pretty fast so I had to work quickly. I was using a brush and had no problems. I will use it again for other projects, although the price is a little high to do a whole room in it.

Before we left the old home, we painted with the behr scuff defense paint being, we had dogs and lots of children. The new house is the cheapest construction grade paint they could’ve used and I can’t wait to head to Home Depot and stock up on more behr paint

I'm currently fixing up a house built in 1900 and this particular paint is perfect to go over and cover well, the old paint and even wallpaper. I'm very please and will continue to purchase it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Behr paint for over 15 years, it's my ultimate go to paint. when I needed to refresh my kitchen I used a white mocha satin over 2 coats of behr primer and it's held up beautifully over the last 5 years!! Behr has painted everything in my house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I saw the Stain Blocking Paint & Primer, I thought one coat would be all I needed. But, alas, I was wrong...So another gallon later, walls look great! Even needed to test out the Scuff Defense feature and you can't tell that it needed to be cleaned. So 5 stars for the Scuff Defense, 3 stars for the need for two coats, average 4 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this product to paint my 90's golden oak trim in the house. I didn't want a shiny finish so went with the satin option. It's done a great job! I love that I don't have to prime it first. And, it's held up so well!

It literally took me 4 coats of paint and I used a primer first to get the best coverage. Unbelievable! Who has that kind of time? Or the energy? From then on I went to Home Depot to get my paint and they customized my colors for me. Beautiful 1 coat coverage, easy clean up and no horrible order. And the price didn't break the bank! I head straight to Home Depot for all my painting needs now, even rollers, brushes and pans. The clerks in the paint dept know what they are talking about and help with all my painting questions. Don't go anywhere else.

I have a very hectic home and life, so I also needed paint that didn't need a primer and dried FAST!!! I am a mom of 5 children (all are grown), a grandmother to 2 (ages 3 and 6), a foster mom to my 2 great nieces (ages 3 and 5), AND I'm the crazy critter lady with 3 dogs and 10 cats!!! So between the kiddos and the critters, my walls take a beating! This paint was fantastic!!! It went on beautifully, dried really quickly, and is a DREAM when it comes to scuffs, dirt, crayon, and everything that my animals put it through! It all wipes off easily and doesn't scuff or chip! I will absolutely be buying more in the near future!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I are renovating a 150 year old farmhouse in South Central Pennsylvania. So as you can guess the walls are a bit irregular! Well, we love the "Scuff Defense" paint. It's like painting with not quite set pudding! This luxurious texture provides great coverage, does not readily show brush strokes, doesn't hardly drip or run and really hides more wall imperfections than your average paint. We just refuse to use anything else! We used a satin finish on the beadboard in the color "Smoked Oyster."

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Behr paint for 20 plus years. I've always select the ultra scuff defense and had great luck. Minimal drip, great coverage. I just bought 2 gallons to repaint my living room and was extremely disappointed. The paint is requiring a second coat to cover a similar shade color and primer spots, it was brushing on streaky. I don't know if they had to get a new supplier due to the rea material shortage, but it's definitely not the same paint I've used for years

Consumer Reports did an exhaustive study on the available brands and Behr consistently comes in at the top…Ultra is my go to, but Marquis and Dynasty are fantastic pains as well, but a little more pricey. If it’s a rental, use the cheapest you can find, if it’s your home…use the best…Behr.
