Easy to use

Great Paint!

Superior coverage

The color is a bright white,if that is what you are looking for.

Best Ceiling

Worst paint I ever had the misfortune to use
It is not the first ceiling that I paint. I have never seen so much streaks and marks after 2 and even 3 coats of paint. We started from an already white ceiling. We lost 2 days of work and I’m going to have to go somewhere else and redo everything from scratch.

I recommend applying another coat, while maintaining a wet edge for a uniform finish. Dry time will also help the finish even out. Terrible Lid!!!

Hi Terry2460 - Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you ran into with the twist off cap! Typically the cap will come off easily with a quarter-turn counter-clockwise (you can also use the Simple Pour Spout as a tool to twist the cap off), and I'm concerned that it wouldn't come off even with Channellocks. Smells like pickles
Painted ceiling using airless sprayer. Satisfied with color and apperance. Noticed a pickle/vinegar smells after applying. Its been 3 days with constant ceiling fan and window open. Hoping this smell goes away soon, or will be contacting Behr for a refund.

To get rid of the smell, I suggest adding more ventilation (additional fans) into your room to create a cross-breeze. If the odor doesn't seem to be getting any better after another 3 days, I recommend applying an odor-blocking primer, like Kilz Restoration from our sister-company, and then applying a new coat of paint.

Absolute GARBAGE
This is the worst paint I have ever used. I cant express in word how bad it is. You will see every stroke you paint. It's supposed to be flat but some areas are shiny when light hits. I did 3 coats and look at how awful the ceiling looks. After a few days I couldn't take it and when and bought another ceiling paint and did one coat and it's flawless. Not only did I wast money, I wasted time.

Hi Jtbazz1973, thank you for your review. I’m so sorry you could see each stroke after you painted the ceiling and that some areas were shiny rather than flat. Since it still looked like this after 3 coats, I recommend recoating with something like our Ultra Scuff Defense Interior Flat Paint as it has more solids and should provide a more even finish. Great Coverage and easy application

Great for Plaster Ceilings

Great paint, Okay application
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ceiling paint covers well in two coats. Dried results show no roller marks or cut in marks. Only downside is the paint drags, like it is too thick to roll or flow. Adding water may help but Behr instructions discourage adding water for brush or roll application. Okay for spray.

Covers scuffed ceiling

Ceilings are just as important as walls

Easy to roll on, it covers the stains in just one coat. The white is a rich deep white, with out being blinding.
It's the best ceiling paint & primer hands down.

Whitest white

Nothing but the best!
