[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to paint the baseboards in to whole house because I was tired of the dark wood. I started out in the master bedroom and did 2 coats of Killz primer followed by two coats of Behr scuff defense. I missed a little spot in a corner with the primer and decided to test just going with the Behr paint. I was SO happy when it looked just as good as the rest that had been primed! I'm not going to say the rest of the house was a breeze because it was still painting baseboards but it was TWO LESS COATS!! It's been a couple of weeks and I'm enjoying how easy they are to clean too.

Since I didn't want to shell out for Marquee since it was a small project, but I wanted it to be durable. It worked great and no scuffing after 6 months of use. I used the leftover paint to freshen up the bathroom, but there the coverage wasn't as great, but I should have primed and I didn't.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I painted interior trim in spring of 2021. I did a lot of research and chose Behr Interior Semi-Gloss Enamel. It was on several "best" lists for easy of application and clean-up and a working time that reduced brush strokes. I had overall good results with a very smooth application. I'm painting more trim in my house and bought (within the last week) what appeared to be the same product with the exception of the "Scuff Defense" add. The results I had after the first coat were disastrous. It looks like I was using a textured paint. My prep was the same, my surfaces were clean and dry and I used a brand new roller. I don't know if the formula changed significantly over the last several months (although I hope if that were the case the labeling would have been changed more meaningfully to clearly represent a reformulation) but regardless, I wouldn't ever expect a semi-gloss latex paint to appear like this after a single application on a smooth surface. I'm now stuck resanding all of the trim I've already painted and purchasing a new product. Really disappointing to have to take two steps back to sanding and then cleaning up the dust plus another trip back to HD to buy new paint. This is hours of work lost.

I’ve sprayed hundreds of doors and trim, this is the most problematic paint I’ve ever used! Will not stand on vertical surface, curtains really bad after 20 minutes. Even the lightest of coats still won’t hold! Not happy as it’s costing me money!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this paint thinking that it is the best. I found clumps and it did not cover as much as they stated. I have to now get another gallon to cover what I am painting. I am very disappointed, as I always buy BEHR even though it costs more.

It is very thick, so you have to use a good brush and watch for drips. Overall, I am very happy with the way the colors matched the swatch and brightened up my new home!

Bought this paint do do a few projects around the house. Can’t be happier with the results. Behr is the only paint for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought to paint the "backsplash" areas in our kitchen - which had existing semi-gloss paint. This paint was imposssible to apply! Needed additional lighting (normally lit area) to see that it not adhering smoothly and now requires another coat - making it WAY too dark.. 1/2 done, and will need to lighten up or go back to white. ALWAYS use BEHR but didn't remember any difficulty like this in the past when the kitchen needed re-painting.

I bought this paint to re-do the trim and ceiling in my bathroom and I'll never use it again. I painted white over white and it took three coats to cover. The first coat dripped a lot (requiring sanding before the next coat) and it didn't cover. The second coat dripped less, but still dripped, and it STILL didn't cover. Third coat looks good. Needless to say, I will NOT be buying this paint to do the walls.
