[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used only Behr paints for many years but first time trying the Ultra. I painted a bedroom in navy blue so was expecting to need 3 coats. I did two solid coats and the finish was perfect. This paint is heavy enough to cover really well without leaving clumpy spots or roller marks. I will definitely buy again.

Decided to use it anyway and it went on and covered as well as the Marquee paint for 2/3 the price. Thanks HD, I won’t be buying the more expensive paint anymore so I can pocket the savings

You could probably get away with applying one coat, the room I painted the walls hadn’t been painted in 16 years so I applied a 2nd coat. Would definitely purchase again! Also make sure you use a good roller, really makes a difference.

My walls were a deep gold color and I chose a neutral color called Plateau to paint over the gold. It cover beautifully in one coat!! It was so easy to work with. I will always use this brand from now on. I couldn't be more pleased! Absolutely great product!.
