[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Behr as a General Contractor and as a home owner. As a GC Behr is my choice, I only use a competitor if a client insists on it, (and usually their choice is because the photo they like from a magazine used the competitors, it is not because of research and years of using it). I find it easy to use, incredibly forgiving making it easy to use and that touch ups blend well. It bonds well to so many surfaces and other paints and lays out as if it's sprayed and looks great to the average eye. If prepped well, and applied well it can look and feel as good as a sprayed material and most clients will be incredibly pleased with it. I could chose to tent off a section of my shop or in a clients home or wait for a windless day, but I haven't seen a 'significant' difference in rolling/brushing this great product on to merit the cost and need and time/patience to warrant it. I plan on using this in mostly the off the shelf white and a few other colors on almost a dozen projects this year on our own home. I stand by Behr and will be doing more projects with more of their products. A great company and products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a bedroom where the previous owners had used glow in the dark paint on the ceiling in the bedroom. The color was almost a pee yellow and beneath that you could see it was a hunter Orange. We used the color juniper Ash and with one coat it didn't even bleed through.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Painted my kitchen cabinets. Prepped them cleaned them sanded wiped again and it’s not taking. I have a mix of black and white I’m covering. I purchased dark secret and I won’t be purchasing behr ever again. Sure the commercials are great but I spent almost 60 bucks on a gallon of paint that’s going in the garbage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought behr ultra white semi-gloss for our laundry room and kitchen. Kilz the walls with 2 coats and 2 coated a 6x8 laundry room and a 12x16 kitchen. Needless to say it's not enough, still bleeding through. It's so disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this paint to repaint my kids bedroom, and I was amazed at the coverage and at how well it stood up to my kids torture tests. No matter how often I ask them not to crash things into the walls it happened on a daily basis yet I was invariably able to wipe away any marks without leaving a permanent mark on the wall. This stuff is magic!

Very unhappy with this product. Runny. I'm painting white over ivory, but this still is not covering in one coat. The product is also not covering a light stain after three coats. This has lead to a huge loss of my time and money. I do not recommend the semi-gloss at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this paint as a busy mom with 4 kittle kids in the house I am easily able to keep my walls clean without having to touch up the paint! Will never buy another brand or type again!

I have tried to give Behr a couple chance for furniture and wall paint. But even after surface prepping and double coating you literally can take your fingernails and scratch the paint right off the surface. A tiny bump will scratch the paint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy application that goes on evenly without leaving roller or brush marks. Two coats is all that’s necessary for full coverage. I’ve been doing interior painting for almost 30 years and used all competitor brands and this is my #1 top choice! Not only is application the best but the durability of the finished product rate top notch. Resistant to scuffs, scratches and stains. Very washable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our house back in April 2022, the previous owner decided to paint the bathroom in a very cheap way and the old paint was bubbling and pealing away, I took the time to read up on the Behr products and how I could make this room in my house correct, I purchased two different products from Behr, one was a base coat and this one as the top coat. All the products I purchased from Behr were great but this one really impressed me, the ease of use and the coverage was amazing. great product and now I have great protection on my bathroom wall, superior paint to others I have used. Right after I painted the bathroom and it was dry. I hung a few things up on the bathroom wall one fell off with a little help from one of the Grand kids it scuffed the wall as it fell. I took a wet cloth and wiped the wall and it was like magic it was gone. Thank you for making such a great product.

I’ve used it in the bathrooms and kitchen and have had no trouble with peeling paint. With 7 children in the house it has made cleaning handprints off easier. I’ve been gradually starting to paint the boys’ room with it because it goes on so well and last, unlike another brand I tried in the living room and girls’ room.
