We regret to hear of the negative experience you have had with our product and we would like to help. In reading your review, it sounds like the DeckOver peeled twice, and only after a couple months. As the manufacturer, this is not something we want our customers to experience with our product, especially so soon. If the chipping and peeling is happening in smaller, more isolated areas, we recommend sanding these spots down, cleaning them, and touching up with more DeckOver. If this is happening to the majority of the surface though, the best solution would be to remove the loose coating, clean the whole surface, and apply 2 new coats.
