If I wanted light blue I would have bought light blue . This paint says light French gray ! Unless French means light blue this color is not what we wanted @ 36 plus a gallon it’s hardly worth that much money . Home Depot doesn’t suggest darkening it so I’m stuck with this stuff ?? Not right

I love the colors we chose

I wanted to freshen up our kitchen, hallway and foyer and chose Behr paint to do so. I’m not a professional painter but the paint went on nicely and evenly and I don’t think anyone would realize it wasn’t done by a professional. I will use this paint again for any other areas I decide to freshen up!

I was able to buy two of these and paint three coats on the trim in my dining room. It looks really good.

After cleaning kitchen cabinets & even though Behr advertises paint & primer in one, my first coat was white chalk paint because it GRABS most every surface. It helps the finish coat to cover completely and prevent see-thru streaks. My 2nd/finish coat was Behr Satin in the color, Mourning Dove #OR-W12u. The paint finish, on my solid red oak cabinets, has a rich creamy finish. I'm also considering adding a 3rd top coat of a water base satin polycrylic or polyurethane for longer lasting paint protection. I have a Behr paint Fan Deck, and the color Mourning Dove is in the *Whites* section. I used a brush to cut in small areas, my small roller to apply to large areas then lightly brushed over, to prevent an orange peel finish. If thinned, this paint would likely spray well & I will be testing that on wood bar chairs. The paint smell is quite minimal, so it wasn't difficult working inside. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with my purchase and would purchase again. I'm not a professional painter, but I do paint a lot of furniture, walls, trim, etc., and this paint will help you paint like a pro. ******I took 4 pix of 2 cabinet areas with lights on and off for each, to show how the color changes. For some reason it would only upload 1 photo. This is a pic with the lights off and reflects a more creamy color. With lights on the color becomes lighter, brighter & whiter******** Good luck on your next painting project!!!

Didnt cover new wallboard as well as I expected.

This color here looks so much darker than the actual color. I'm pretty disappointed. The paint is good, and it looks like the girl mixed it right, but wow. What a color difference, and not in a good way. This looked army green on the page and the color sample. It's not. I'd like to try to darken it but no idea how. I only used 1/4 of the gallon, if that much.

I don't use any other paint than Behr, bcz no matter what color I use, I great opacity and smooth coverage. I used Satin White on these closet doors.

This is my second time using Behr Paint & Primer and it far surpasses other major brands. I love that I can skip the priming. I did need 2 coats but that's expected (and would've needed 3 if I had to prime first) It applies beautifully & dries to perfection. The color selection is outstanding. Can't wait for my next project. I'll definitely be using this again.

I use premium plus satin for the inside of my rentals. I only use the white base over existing paint so can't comment on other bases' coverage. the white base covers in one coat regardless of existing color in my experience, but I use Subtle Touch and other light grays so can't comment on other colors. the only downside is low viscosity so runs are easy to get. I've seen 10 yr old paint still have the satin gloss with slight fading. cant beat the price.

Ocean Abyss is a stunning color that gets a lot of compliments on my walls. I used the Premium Plus in satin and it went on very well with only one coat probably because of how dark it is. There is almost zero odor to this paint which is remarkable.

I picked a grey pallet and it came out powder blue even after buying more paint and doing 3 coats

Great paint. I had an orange wall prior to this color. It didn't bleed or show AT ALL. I will buy think brand again.

This color (a light grey but apart of the Behr 1 coat guarantee line of colors) covered up reds, black, purple, and greens without any use of additional primer. I did have to paint 2 coats in order to cover due to texture. But that was due to no fault of the paint.

We spent a week stripping and sanding interior doors and moldings. We added "Floetrol" to Behr's satin paint & primer to help with brush strokes, leveling and time. The bedroom door and molding look great! We applied two coats and sanded in between. It sands great too, in a fine powder, like primers should. I hope that it will be washable long term, but time will tell.

This is terrible paint. Did not cover well. Had small lumps in it and did not mix up well so it had streaks in it. Used two gallons for a small bedroom. The first gallon wasn’t great and the second was awful. Will never use Behr again and probably won’t buy any paint at Home Depot either. Behr used to be good paint years back but it’s not anymore.

I bought several sample colors to paint my daughters playhouse. It covered well and these little samples were just what I needed to complete the small job.

This paint covers well with both brush and roller, cleans up like a dream, and has an improved container. The plastic can and plastic lid with integrated pour spout is a given, but they've made it even better than before with some molded ridges in the screw-off cap that keep the twisting tool from deforming under the strain. Overall, this is a huge improvement over the previous paint job!

This is the best paint. I saw it on Pinterest and had to have it for my remodel (lower level). It covered some 1960s wood paneling very well! Highly recommend this color.

Don’t buy go with another brand, leaves streaks when dried and gets blotchy, very expensive and now I have to repaint whole livingroom and kitchen, waste of money and waste of a lot of time. stay away from painting walls with it.

Not sure I would like the color, it turned out beautiful! One coat over 18 yr old walls. Fantastic!

I have been using Behr paints for past 10 years. I can usually cover with 1 coat when using a good primer. I really like the paint and the cost.
