I have had problems with Behr stains before but overlooked them. This semi gloss enamel was the worst paint I have ever used. It shows the brush strokes, does not self level as an enamel should and still showed brush marks after three coats. I used a much cheaper Wal Mart paint on the interior side of the door with very good results

I painted my entire house with this paint. I'm very frustrated becuase if someone bumps into a wall or stairway, the paint pulls up. It doesn't crack. It is almost like taffy where you try to take off the damaged area and it stretches out. I finished painting over three weeks ago so it shouldn't be tacky or stretchy at this point.

I bought 1 qt of this at the recommendation of the home depot employee in the paint section. I bought it in black and I was impressed with the depth of color this paint has. The paint looks rich and creamy in satin. 1 qt did the front of my front door that was already painted black, the back of the door that was only primed...and the two sidelites. There wasn't quite enough to do the exterior sidelites as I had hoped but will purchase another qt to finish the job. You do need to be consistent with your pressure and direction of the paint. It dries fast and any inconsistencies in the way you applied the paint will show. Overall i am happy with the color, application and finish. I Will buy this paint again if needed.

Goes on well and mostly even, it is a high gloss, so any imperfections are to be expected, however sometimes it is just impossible to get the brush strokes out no matter how careful you are. Wish it would dry just a little smoother, but overall quite satisfied with the product.

We were delighted with the coverage of this product over unfinished and painted wood. We feel that we got a great value in that a two gallons went farther than expected. Will buy BEHR for all our projects.

Behr has a reputation for being the best and that's why we bought it. We painted our fence and only wanted to apply one coat so went with Behr. It looks great and saved us time.

Bought 2x1gallons white for trim and a five gallon bucket of peach for the walls. Great coverage over the old yellow in one coat. Dries very smooth and professional looking, and I am not a pro to be sure. Total price 183 minus rebate of 30 equals $153! Great stuff and will use again in 7-8 years if we change minds on color. Highly recommended.

Put this paint, tinted, over a well adhering previously painted fiberglass door. In less than three months, the Behr paint starting to blister. Old paint still adhering. Now I have to strip off Behr paint, prime and apply a different brand. Called Behr. They only offered to pay for paint and said to try again with their Behr paint.

Paint: Behr Premium Plus Ultra Pure White Exterior Semi-Gloss Enamel. Project: Front Door. Background: Many previous paint coats, all white. All surfaces washed with Chlorox, rinsed, and primed with Exterior Primer. Final coat with paint above looked and dried blotchy (see photo). It looked better with just the primer. This is either a very poor white paint or a very bad batch.

It does what it was supposed to do and would highly recommend this product. They got the color perfectly when it was mixed.
