[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned homes since 1989 and I've done a lot of painting, a lot! We currently own six housed and a condo, so we're very busy keeping them up; add to this my 50++ hour a week job and time becomes on of my most valuable assets. I need a paint that is not only fast to apply, but requires one coat, lasts a long time and is good at dirt blocking as well. Back about 10 years ago, I used Marquee for the first time. Off the bat, I was impressed! Here's a little history. In the past, I had used Behr paint, but I didn't like it - too thick, I used too much and it didn't cover well. I was skeptical about the new Marquee, but I gave it a shot. My first test was to paint the trim around my garage door. I grabbed a brush and hit it. Of course, I wiped it down with some cleaner, before painting, but I didn't sand. The old paint was in good shape - I just wanted a warmer color. When I opened the can, I noticed it wasn't thick like the old Behr. Hmmm, definitely different. I started painting and I noticed how well it covered. It also flowed well too - like it had Flotrol in it. I was able to lay down a nice paint film. No lines from the brush - it all flowed out. I let it dry and I was extremely happy with the results. Next task, the front doors and trim. Same procedure, clean the surface, let it dry and paint. Went on so smoothly and flowed so well. No streaks again and I didn't use a lot of paint. Great smooth paint film. Over the years, those doors and trim have had a lot of exposure to the elements. How does it look? Excellent!!! That's after 10 years! Since then, I've used Marquee paint on many of my projects. I used both the interior and exterior paints. I feel the exterior is superior to the interior, but they're both excellent paint. The only drawback is that the cost is higher than normal good quality paint. For me, time is money and most times I can justify the price difference - one coat and I use less material. It's a winner for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I painted the garage door that are in the constant hot Texas sun all day long. The color has not bubbled or even faded on any of my doors. This is brutal conditions here with temperatures over 100 degrees for days.

It went on easy and it has held up very well. I have already recommended to family and friends for their paint projects.

The worst paint I ever use never will I buy it again if my customer want I will try to talk them out of it and go with Benjamin more

amazing product , easy to work with, true to the color and after two coats it covers everything. love it!

Seems like a good quality paint, but was a little too shiny to be called a flat paint though.

This exterior paint is great! It goes on easy even on difficult surfaces. I purchased the paint to match up with previous purchase and it was a perfect match! The young lady who assisted me was very knowledgeable and very professionable. She deserves employee of the month!

I love this color so much. Glorious Black Garnet a deep brownish plum. A moody delight 😊.

Loved the paint. It worked very well. My only complaint is that it wasn't 5 gallons! It was only 4.53 gallons. I thought I paid for 5 gallons as stated!
