So far this product is what I have read. Glad we applied the non-slip surface. This made a whole new tub. The only problem is that they tell you to use the rolled wet with paint. Watch for runs, they are hard to see. Some will run after it sits.

Once it was put on the tub and dried they were air bubbles that look like grit some area are shiny other are not

the paint is a little tricky to work with, it has to go on heavy to look smooth. the top sections look great, but i ended up with some runs on the sides. It all looked good when I left but when I came back I saw the runs. Because it's a epoxy paint there are no trial time.

This product is very hard to use. Comes out looking drippy and bumpy. I tried twice worth two different helpers after watching ALL the videos.

I used the slip resistant portion in the bottom of my tub and it started pealing within a week.

This product did what I wanted it to do. That was to make a old, worn bathtub look clean and bright. Be sure to follow the instructions to the 'T', and make sure there is plenty of ventilation in the room. It does have a strong odor. My only complaint is the gloves that come with the kit are useless. Too small for a man, and split at the seams when I tried to use them.

Nice product,i don't suggest doing the edges like a conventional paint job.other than that just watch the runs.very pleased.i would use again.

I purchased this refinishing kit directly from the vendor Tub Refinishing Inc. but a more expensive kit, for $109.00 that they state as quick dry. As I read the instructions they are the same as this kit with no quicker dry time ($20 down the bathtub). I did everything as illustrated in the instructions and even spent double the time in cleaning, etching and sanding the bathtub to make sure everything went on smooth. I started rolling on the paint after mixing and letting it sit for 5 minutes as instructed and I noticed that I was not going to have enough to finish the job so I tried to save enough for a second coat by rolling it thinner and that failed. I was covering a light green bathtub with this biscuit kit and I could still see some of the green because I did not have enough for a good second coat. The same way it is listed here it does not inform you that if you are changing colors you will need 2 kits to roll several coats (lucky if you get 3-4 thin coats). Bathworks website will inform you that you need 2 if you go into their webpage to FAQ but not when you go to buy their product. I went to Craig's Refinishing Tips and I tried using this website to inform them about my problem and also that I had bubbles coming through after 2 hours of drying and it is a broken link to try and send an email through their Contact Us link but I did send them an email through Bathworks, which I never received a response. I am not sure what I will need to do to finish this project, since it takes close to 2 weeks to receive another kit and do I try to go over it with another and follow the instructions as if I had not used anything or will I need to strip it.
