Took delivery on the 21st of June 2017, however, returning it (hence the low rating). One of the doors is uneven and rubs when closing and one of the legs was scarred from shipping. For a SEVEN HUNDRED dollar piece, that's just not acceptable.

Chipped paint within a few weeks
The construction is sturdy and elegant made with real wood. But the bevels are too sharp, the paint is chipping on the edges. The color is not really grey, but more greenish making it hard to match with a neutral grey floor. Looks like a mistake, not even a warm grey.

The hardware looked cheap, we replaced it with better quality....
The hardware looked cheap, we replaced it with better quality. I don’t like the gaps on the side of the doors. We tried to adjust as much as we could. Overall it will do for now.

Pretty but has some flaws. Biggest flaw was the drawers....
Pretty but has some flaws. Biggest flaw was the drawers. Most needed adjustments. One was completely off. We were fortunate because contractors were able to fix it. I changed the knobs to my liking. Nice height.

Nice solid piece
Vanity arrived intact, packed very well for shipping. Finish is without blemish, well made with wood not fiberboard. Drawers are soft close but stick a tiny bit. There are 7 drawers, not nine, as two lower side drawers are double. Only complaint is drawers are only 14” deep but unit is 21” - ??, seems odd.

Nice looking product but it doesn't age well
I purchased this product for a bathroom renovation and after two years the paint has started to chip and the drawer no longer closes properly. It will be very expensive to re-install but I will have to do so in the near future.

The Avanity Modero vanity is very well-made and super sturdy. The drawers and doors are soft-closed and the vanity is of such high quality. The Chilled Gray color is more on the blueish side of the gray spectrum, even though the pictures don't show it. It is a beautiful piece of furniture. We are very pleased with our purchase through the website, no issues with delivery either. Now is need to finish the bathroom remodel so we can enjoy it.

I kept the vanity because I didn't have time to replace but I'm not happy with it. It's sturdy and the drawer works well but it looks cheap to me. There is a gloss to the finish that just doesn't look right. It makes the vanity look plastic-y and ... like I said, cheap.
