Bought this some months back just finally got around to putting it together. The main two boards G and H had the holes, for the dowels, drilled way to large. Since these support most of the unit things are a bit wobbly. One of the F boards had the bare MDF showing from the front side. No way to make this right as it only fits one way. It has other problems as well. Holes in other boards were not drilled deep enough for the supplied screws. Several of the plastic inserts would spin when the screws were almost tight enough to do some good. Nothing fits together accurately. Poor quality MDF was used. This thing is a piece of junk. Don't buy it!

Updating a small room in my home and was looking for an affordable option for my CD and DVD storage. Read the reviews on this product and thought I’d give it a try despite some claims that it wasn’t worth the money. Turns out it IS worth the money. No…it isn’t a piece of fine furniture, but I didn’t pay for one. It is what I expected. Easy to assemble in spite of the fact that a few pieces weren’t labled. Just need to use patience and common sense. I was so satisfied that I bought a second one after I put the first one together. Again, it is what it is; an affordable storage option for your media collection. If you want fancy, you’ll need to look elsewhere, but for less than $100 and assembly time under an hour, this was a win for me. SUGGESTION: Invest in felt pads for the bottom. The base screws in to the unit from the bottom and the screw heads may not sink. Felt pads will protect your floors from possible scratches

I am throughly happy with this item. It hold all My CDs, DVDs, and other media and reading materials well and easily accessible!

Delivery was good, however this product is junk. Even for the low price I would expect better. The holes and grommets are not in the correct place. I would relocate the holes, but this would compromise the structural integrity of this shelf. This results in the side/shelves not lining up. The directions are also missing a critical step that will take a few moments to figure out.

When assembling, the lock screws were not working well. When turned over for the back, the frame broke apart. New L-brackets applied to vertical joints. When turning it over there needs to be 8 supports 2" tall to hold the frame as high as the base.

Pretty easy to assemble. I did it alone in under an hour. I had all the pieces and the instructions were good. The boards were all clearly labeled. The wall mounting brackets are essential. I like everything about it except I cannot use all of the board shelves. The placement of the pegs leave some dead area that is useless. It might work better if you have taller display items but if you are filling with dvds you will not be able to use all the shelves. That is my only gripe.

I like the amount of storage this unit has. It was easy to assemble. The color was difficult to pick from online photos. It is not exactly the color I had in mind. It is functional.

Even cheaper construction than expected, given the price. The shelves are also 1/2" shallower than anticipated, which makes storing anything other than DVDs on them a little dicey. Finally, the piece arrived with scuff marks all over the already torn-apart "backboards".

is so beatifullllll, i love this...my husband loves to watch his movies and I watch the videos of my daughters who are in Spain ... these showcases look perfect in my entertainment room ...

Easy to assemble and flexible shelving options. Perfect product for what I needed to store a large CD collection. Small enough to set up inside a closet. Hardware included a wall strap to prevent tipping/falling (earthquake-proofing for those of us in California). Good value for the price (plus free delivery direct to my home!).

This product is OK to hold your DVDs and looks pretty good in the room. My real issue is that it was sent to me and all the parts were actually mislabeled so I needed to basically figure out what attached to what based on unclear pictures in the directions. I've put together many things and never had an issue but this one sent me over the edge since everything was labeled wrong. I actually have 2 pieces of cardboard underneath the bottom to keep it from toppling over. I would recommend it if you're looking for a cheap piece to organize your DVDs. Hopefully you won't get a box full of mislabeled pieces to give you a massive headache while you're trying to put it together.

For the price, this shelf fit the bill. Took about an hour to assemble. Instructions were good enough. Adjustable shelves make this shelf very versatile. It definitely met my needs.

WAS A NICE PIECE I JUST WISH IT WERE A BIT WIDER

Very poor quality. Returned x2 immediately after assembly. 1 was shipped to my home while the other was store pickup (not sure why) then the store wouldn't deliver the 2nd also.

My only complaint is that it was hard to put together by myself and when it came time to turn it over to complete assembly, two of the shelves tore out along with their anchors. Fortunately it doesn’t affect the usefulness of the unit, and I’m very happy with the way it looks finished.

And the reviews were correct. It had poor directions and I had to take the middle shelf off and rearrange it. The locking nuts were flimsy metal and one broke and I'm a small woman. There is a gap between the back and the edge/bottom of the shelf--I checked the directions again and I put it together correctly. This side shelf piece is not wide enough so made incorrectly. It would easily tip without being attached to the wall. I will bolster it on the sides with a bookshelf on either side.

This was a total waste of money, everything about this product was poor quality and poor instructions. Screws stripped and wood was crap. Do not buy.

I thought this item was a good deal for the money. It was easy to put together and seems sufficient to hold most of our CDs and DVDs.

It is built very cheap..holes were not drilled right..other wise not too bad..I would not buy it again.
