This shed wasn`t too horrible to assemble as long as you pay attention to the instructions closely and don`t get ahead of yourself.
The materials are pretty cheap and flimsy. The panels are easily damaged.
Unfortunately mine only stood firm for a week before 85 mph winds pretty much destroyed it.
Allow yourself a few days to build this thing. It took me 4 days by myself, but I wouldn`t recommend doing it without help.
For the money, I would add a little more and get a real shed.

Somewhat tedious to assemble, but not difficult. Overall a solid unit

Unexpected Bonus
This is the best investment I have made thus far. Though cheap in price quality was and still is superior. I Figured I was going to by the cheapest one to just through a few of my tools in and it would not be any other use. I'll tell you boy was I wrong. This is what I call an all out usefull tool for all your lifes needs. Not only did it double as a tempory bed for a bad storm but I have not had any problems putting it together. Although I strongly suggest you get a Pro to do this, it was fun. Not only did it fit my life. But it also gave me a bonus. I call it my Fishermans Nook. All my gear finally has a home. Not only that, but the space even after all my garden tools were put in, was just right for my fishing gear as well as in house items. So thanks Home Depot you really made me happy and my wife, well lets say she is even happier then me.
