Box is Good Lock/Key is poor quality
The lock itself sticks and the key doesn't fit well in it. It is a very poor quality lock/key but the box itself is good. We have had to grease the lock and that helped a little but know we will end up having to change the lock out in a month or two for a better quality.

Item came without keys for a lock… Had to call and get replacement lock mailed to me… Had to drill out old lock which was not very easy for me and ruined drill bit… Quite a hassle, if it had come all together would’ve been much happier with product…

It seemed OK at first. It’s too short to be a standard mailbox head to place it on the 10 inch pedestal to meet the 42 to 45 inch United States Post Office requirement. Then I opened the lock with a different key doesn’t seem very secure , I would not purchase it again if I had to do it over.

You should have received 2 keys that are able to open the elephantrunk, but no other key should be able to gain access.

Excellent quality great features

Purchased the white mailbox due to package theft in the area. Arrived on time and with no damage. Easy to assemble (handle) and install (need a 5/8 concrete bit). Only have had for a couple of weeks but we shall see.

Quality built product and it was delivered quickly. The issue I have is than the delivery services will not use it. I literally have packaged stacked on top of my unit. I spoke with UPS and they did not use it because they thought it was an official mail-drop. I contacted the maker and they were unable to offer a fix other that contacting every carrier and asking them to include instructions on every delivery. The only fix I can think of is creating a label and sticking it on the unit. This is an issue that the maker should fix.

This is a well made, excellent product. Secure delivery. Items placed in top drop to bottom after door is closed. Bottom door has slide rods that secure the door both top and bottom. Easy to install, but securely attached to the ground.

This was a gift for a relative that lives in an urban area where theft of items delivered to porches is common. This fit right in with the home's exterior decor. It is used by all the parcel delivery services and even the USPS. The porch pirates look elsewhere. Something like like would seem to be a must for urban dwellers who order a lot.

Best of the best
If you ever need a secure mailbox don't look any further this is the best of the best mailboxes. Not only is it extremely extremely well-made it's very attractive and is not an eyesore it is an asset.

Good, but needs to be a little larger.
I purchased this box due to some "Porch Pirates" stealing a package from my front door step. The box is built well enough, but it's a little bit small for most packages delivered from Amazon. Also I have a paver front entry way and had to bolt the box to my house wall for security since the bottom bolt that's supposed to attach to concrete would have been useless. Also trying to get UPS, FedEx and USPS to use it has been difficult, I put up the little sticker it came with it, but no one seems to read it. If it was only a little bit wider, this would be a totally 5 star buy.

Good package storage and general post box.
This box is cast aluminum so when a person backed into it, I was not able to bend it back into shape. Not a criticism, just a fact. I use this for general U.S. Mail and it works great.

Does as expected
Purchased & installed this before the online holiday shopping season. Per the description,we knew the maximum size of packages accepted. We made and placed a small laminated bright sign about knee high below the doorbell where packages would normally be left, indicating that a drop box was behind them to the left. Carriers have followed the instructions. Very satisfied.

This is well built and looks great.
I have a business in my home and needed a secure drop for my clients. This box has a great locking system, looks great, and holds allot. I looked for about a year to locate a drop box that I felt was secure and architecturally correct for my home. This one fit the bill.
Safe, secure, durable, and bolts down to prevent theft as well.
Cons: weatherproof but not waterproof. It must be under a roofed area.
