This shower system is shown with Portsmouth diverter valve trim. Be aware that the diverter valve trim that American Standard ships under this SKU number comes with Heritage diverter valve trim. Based on the image posted on the Home Depot (HD) website I ordered a Portsmouth bathroom sink faucet so the shower system and faucet would match. I received the shower system today with the Heritage diverter valve trim and I phoned HD about a Portsmouth diverter replacement. HD advised me to contact American Standard to replace the valve. American Standard advised I would need to resolve the issue with HD. Basically, the resolution is to return both American Standard items to HD and purchase a different brand of plumbing fixtures there or elsewhere.
