The product came in broken and I returned it to the Greenfield store for refund.

The toilet works very well, however not too fond of the new style toilet seats. Paid $ 50.00 for a toilet seat which I feel should come with the toilet. Seems all the models we saw in store seats were included. The new style is not as comfortable as the older model seats and will be more difficult to clean.

I purchased this toilet as a replacement for one that was initially installed in our home by the builder, because that initially installed toilet was almost like having to sit on the floor, so I went Online searching for a more suitable, more appropriate toilet that would sort of give us a much needed lift off of the floor. I found this toilet to be a more suitable toilet for our home, it has many of the features we were interested in, plus I was able to do the installation myself, and we love having and using it, it's awesome.

This is a good solid toilet that functions the way you'd expect. That may not sound like much, but this is the 3rd (different) one I've installed in 3 weeks, and this is easily the best of the lot. Easy to install and power flush clears the bowl every time. Doesn't include a seat, but does include all other hardware needed to install. I dinged it 1 star for lack of seat, but other than that you can't go wrong.

Product is exactly as ordered except part of the mechanism (pipe) in the water reservoir on top, the threads that connect to the fresh water supply, was broken obviously early in the supply chain since only pieces of it remained in the sealed box we received, so I had to cobble up part of the old toilet right away in order to finish installing it, and then to buy an equivalent part at a local hardware store to really finish it. I was also a little disappointed that the persons at the Home Depot couldn't be bothered to make sure I had what I needed to take home with me - I didn't need wax ring kit after all so when I get a chance to bring it back, I'll see if I can get a refund for that.

Easy to install. Performance is excellent. Could be a bit quieter. It came with a chip in the tank lid, however the rep at American Standard quickly took my information and is sending a replacement. Customer service was excellent!

Purchased for a remodel of house over a year ago. Nice flush. Still need to clean a toilet folks! But maybe not quit as often? The height is nice for short people. Started hearing the water filling tank and checked flapper. Found flapper (made by Fluidmaster) had a bubble on the gasket causing water to leak so slow we could not hear. Called American Standard and they are sending a new one. Hopefully, that takes care of it.

This toilet had a sticky float from day 1. American Standard kept sending me videos to fix it and requested proof of purchase from a no-reply email with no valid email to respond to. One customer service rep hung up on me. Don't expect this company to honor their warranty! It will never happen. Their reps have an excuse list a mile long. Very dissatisfied.

This was a best toilet we have ever purchased! Powerful flushing using only 1.6 gallons of water. It has a beautiful design, and also comes with a wax ring for the installation. We are very pleased.

Installation was as easy as any toilet I have installed (quite a few). Very impressed with 1.6 gpf flushing capability. This is our first "Right Height" which I am liking, more than I thought I would. Came out of the box without any defects, quality is great. Would purchase another without thinking about it.

My toilet showed up as a white toilet that was spray painted black. The back of tank is white. It never got spray painted. Disappointed!

We recently purchased our first home and renovated both bathrooms. First we did the main bathroom and this was the toilet I chose. My husband said it was easy to install. It's easy to clean as the exposed piping is not as cumbersome as some toilets we've had in the past. The EverClean bowl doesn't really seem to make any difference to us; we still have to clean the bowl as often as we did on previous toilets. The aesthetics of this toilet are nice. I lean more modern than my husband, who is more traditional, and we both like the look of the toilet so I think it would appeal to a wide range of consumers. The toilet has a powerful, quiet flush and refill. It seems to refill quickly which I appreciate, and we have never had to flush more than once. I love the soft close feature of the seat/lid though the molded underside of the seat can be a little harder to clean. The spot between the seat and tank is easy to clean, however. I would have rated this toilet 5 stars but when we purchased a second one for our master bath, there were some scratches on the lid and a black mark on the tank lid that will not remove. By the time I noticed it, my husband had already installed it and refused to uninstall/exchange. Maybe I should take a star off my husband? :) Also, the EverClean feature doesn't really seem like it does anything. I would purchase this toilet again.

My Cadet 3 has only been installed one week so I can only give a limited evaluation. The toilet was very easy to install and the directions were very clear. The toilet is very well designed. The flush is surprisingly quiet but yet powerful. I am going to guess that with this toilet, I will no longer need a plunger. It does not come with a seat, however It does come with the wax ring. I will update this if my opinion changes. Definitely recommend it to others..

While I didn't install our new toilet (he who sells it must install it), our new toilet performs flawlessly and regularly, if you know what I mean! A good move for our master bathroom. Water saving feature is wonderful. The 1.6 GPF does the job wonderfully.
