I am 78 years old and have a disability. It has been only 25 days since I purchased the toilet; and it has been acting up. Every 30 minutes of ghost flushing; the water level drops 1/2 inches within hours and the water leaks into the toilet bowl. This is a new toilet! I am not happy with this product at all. Did anybody do quality checks on the parts? Tell me how do I solve this problem? Why does a new toilet have all these issues? Does anyone from the company really care about what their consumer think? I trusted the brand and thought this product was good. This will be the last purchase I will make from this company.

I special ordered the toilet and it took about 1 week to come in. It came packed in two boxes, and was easy to move. Installation was easy. Everything was pre-assembled, and ours did include a wax ring. This model does not include a toilet lid, as I wanted to use the one we had anyway. Our old toilet was 23 years old, the bone color on the new one was a perfect match. the flush is very powerful. The whole family is thrilled on how well it looks and works. We are looking to save a substantial dollar amount on the water and sanitation bills each month.

We replaced old toilet because tank bowl since new took forever to fill this one was a great replacement and filled quickly.

It's a toilet. I ordered this bowl with a corner tank to save space in a small bathroom, worked great.

Great quality as you would expect with American Standard I needed to order bowl and tank separately because I needed the American standard triangle tank but in my opinion you get what you pay for...spend the extra couple of dollars and save your self the headaches by buying a brand like American standard over less expensive options I Would buy again if I need to replace any other toilets in the house

The first never made it to my home, broken in transit. I reordered to ship to store, arrived with flaw In porcelain, taking it back today, will see what happens with third one.

2 months and no toilet. The first bowl came via Fedex, and it was apparent without touching it that it was shattered. The bowl had zero packaging inside the box, just a porcelain fixture sliding around in a cardboard box. It was in pieces. I returned it, and HD offered to send another one. The 2nd bowl was delivered in the same shattered state, and HD brought it back with them. A month later, and still no third toilet. HD customer service noted that the warehouse would call me but haven't.

i purchased product a month ago amd I am unhappy with product. Im hoping to trade for better because I know American standard has quality products but this toilet is not right for me.

I rejected 2 of these toilets at store before I selected this one to install. Install was OK but toilet rocked on central area it wasn't the floor flange the toilet was not flat enough on the bottom. I already knew this at the store only one of the 3 toilets I looked at was flat on the bottom and it had glazing issues. I Had to shim the front and back. Biggest problem is the toilet doesn't flush well. I Have to hold down handle over a second to get a decent flush and sometimes it just doesn't send the waste down the trap without a second flushing. Tried adjusting the flapper to use more water but it seems to be locked on #3. Bought a new Amer Stand flapper and adjusted it to 4. Still have to hold down handle but maybe it will work consistently. We will see. I am disappointed in this toilet. This is the first toilet I've ever installed that didn't just work out of the box. And this is a name brand! It does look good in the bathroom though.

I bought the first one six months ago and liked it so much I bought two more a month later. The units flush well and are fairly quiet. The installation was easy and I would buy more if I needed more.

Very nice toilets. Quite a very efficient. We replaced two older ones that used 3.5 got. So looking forward to lower water and sewer bill. The ‘slow-close’ lid is a nice touch also.

High-quality time-tested product and manufacturer. Installation instructions were clear and well illustrated. Some parts were missing in one of the packets so I called customer support who took care of verifying what parts I needed and shipped the missing parts to me quickly. Great overall experience!

It looks good and was easy to install. I needed a smaller toilet for a small bathroom and the size is perfect. The room looks larger without an elongated toilet taking up more space.

It's a great basic toilet! I'm amazed at how little water it utilizes per flush. We have always had American standard toilets and now gradually changing them to lower flush. Two more to go! Sadly the newest one arrived with a broken tank lid and toilet seat, but would attribute that to handling. we are awaiting replacement parts.

Great size for a small bathroom. Plumber was able to install it in 30 minutes. Great flush power and water efficiency. Price was right too!

Easy to install. I like the way it flushes. However we keep getting a leak from the tank. Its a very small leak, but a leak all the same and I am not going to be able to live with any type of leak on a brand new toilet. We believe it to to be a malfunction in the design of the tank as others have experienced this same issue (per youtube videos and blogs). I will be calling American Standard soon to see what can be done.

Easy installation and right size is an improvement

Look into the elliptical version of the Cadet. It is a little bit bigger.

Beautiful space saving design. The instructions were constructive and the installation a breeze...mainly because two family members did it but they did not complain about difficulty. We will be getting a second one for our other bathroom.
