Sashes Don't Meet
I bought these exact windows a few years ago for my kitchen and they work very well so I ordered 4 of the same model for the front of my house. The sashes on the new windows don't meet exactly so it is nearly impossible to lock the windows without manipulating the sashes with weight. We had to try to move the locks, but there is so much glue everywhere, that was difficult. The screw holes are not in the exact right place. These new ones are not manufactured well at all. Very poorly made.

So far I am loving my new window. I replaced an old trailer window with this one and it is working great. When the sun is setting, my kitchen no longer feels like an oven. I am very happy with my purchase.

crap...window broke on transit, not sure how
cheap glass, window broke on transit to job.. had to buy another, maybe thats how Home Depot makes money on these garbage windows, you have to buy two just to replace the one you break transporting to a job.. live and learn if I buy this again it will treated like a fragile flower..

The poor quality of this window cannot be overstated. The seals were punctured by factory screws, extra glue all over the panes, unsquare frame and cuts, nailing flange had 1/4”+ variations so you couldn’t even side over it. Disappointed

Purchased this on the clearance rack, prior return item seemed...
Purchased this on the clearance rack, prior return item seemed ok but did not realize window track was was not working properly , allowing sash to fall down. To hold window up it needs to be propped up with a paint stirring stick, need to uninstall and return.

Nice Windows
For the price, the windows are well constructed. I would have given more stars, but there was adhesive all over the glass from the manufacturing process that took hours to get off. Finally scraped with a razor blade. This was not glue from the window stickers.

We were having problems getting these windows installed level and...
We were having problems getting these windows installed level and plumb, so we finally measured them. The top and bottom horizontal measurement are 3/16 of an inch different. This was the same for both windows of this size that I ordered and is large enough that you can see it. I wasn't expecting super high quality windows, but they should measure the same on opposite sides.
