Window joint on corner very high in screw not come pack poorly screen not fits properly in need go back to manufacture give them feed back silicone I can see on glasses.

The window was wider than advertised on the HD page. It was only .25 inches but I had to make adjustments to get them to fit. Windows have only been in for a week.

Frame on the sliding window is the same width as the fixed window. Looks much better than most other brands. Windows were packed in individual crates. Shipper must have had one with " THIS END UP" down causing part of the window to separate. Should open and inspect at store.

Window worked well for my shed. Screen seems to fit in funny and easily pops out. Could be user error though. Overall happy with window for use in shed.

Very good window and looks nice

The grids are way too thick and they overpower the window. Such an eyesore. Wish I never got these.

Just as advertised! Nice window.

Installled easily. Functioned well, One small part was found loose at the bottom of the window . The screeen was just barely attached. Overall, I am pleased with the quality and functioning of the window. I would buy again.

Im a professional installer. Occasionally a customer will request these for the price point. After 16 windows, every one needed the bottom spacer channel ground out to fit the vinyl spacer. about half needed hanging plastic chads removed. Some would not open due to horrible quality control. The shoe will get stuck on one or both sides due to excess vinyl not cleaned when molded. One screen had the middle support bar installed by Stevie Wonder. SEE PICS

Had to fix the brackets on the inside of the window, was also missing 2 screws

Being a former replacement window person in my youth. I was so excited to see that our new window purchase included Low E glass and Argon Gas ! Operation is smooth, and t new screen design is a much better fit ! It's a great window for the money !

Nice little window. Wish it would have also came down from the top and it was rated for vertical installation. It is definitely an improvement from my old kitchen window.

This was what I expected. Very easy to install. And good quality window.

The windows were good especially at the price they were originally. However, getting them were a challenge. Bought two windows and when they came to the store, one window had the window smashed. The other one was also rammed from the bottom causing the latches to brake. Month later we had the windows.

I'm still trying to contact American Craftsman about the missing parts ... .
