These windows are very nice. You just have to be very careful with the installation. Allow space and be very careful don't bump the frame or the mounting flanges they will break easily. If you put too much window expansion foam the window frame will give and the window pane will bind. One of the shipped windows arrived with a ripped screen. American Standard replaced the screen without issue.

I was very happy that Home Depot could offer this sized window. This window is a double hung window and it meets current California bedroom egress requirements. It has a bottom opening which is in excess of 24 inches high by 30 inches wide. The vinyl window frame is fragil so be very careful installing it. If you use window expansion foam be careful not to put it in too thick. Pressure from the foam will push in the frame and make the window jam or difficult to move. If the window is delivered on a pallet check the screen as well as the frame for damage. If you can observe these few things, I window looks and works great.

These windows seem to be of pretty decent quality for the price. They function well as they are supposed to. The shipping was pretty quick compared to other brands.

The American Craftsman windows work well. However, it is very difficult to get other sizes necessary and to get clear opening measurements. The 33.75 x 48.75 do not meet bedroom egress requirements. The bottom widow sash clear unobstructed opening needs to be 5.7 square feet and 24 inches high by 30 inches wide. The windows I purchased don't meet that minimum requirement. Now I need to order and replace the bedroom windows and Home Depot has difficulty providing those windows and doesn't have the clear opening measurements. It may be a training issue. If they could fix this problem it would be a great value. And if HD could fix this problem I'd improve the rating.

This window is great quality and looks terrific in my shed. I thought going with an attractive window would instantly upgrade my stick-built shed and I was correct! Buy it!

Good windows for price and timely delivery

The pane is a bit too loose. Bottom pane should have been slightly wider. There's a convenient opening that allows me to put a cord out the window to charge my security camera. Nice window overall.

Good quality window for the price being retired from remodeling I would put them right up with Pella or Marvin windows
