Needed replacement part and was sent immediately

It had missing pieces and some screws or bolts were too long.

Went together well, gave it a coat of aerosol poly and it is working as intended

Pretty simple to put together, some drawers slide nice and smooth, others are tough to get in and out. Having the wheels are nice.

Disappointed in how sloppy the dowels fit, suggests that you call for more dowels before gluing, who has time for that. Takes a fair amount of time to assemble and at least two people.

Poor quality. Inch gap between drawer and sides of cabinets. Too much money for this kind of cabinet. Each drawer has a big gap to help with opening the drawer, however, this allows dust to get through.

Drawer cart was just what I needed and assemble instructions were easy to follow. Although the use of a drill was discouraged I found pre-drilling for the screws helpful.

I bought this because I have a plastic set of rolling drawers that is approximately the same dimensions and I needed something more sturdy. I really wonder how long these are going to last. I feel like if I sneeze in its general direction it's going to collapse into the same pile of 100 separate pieces that it came in. Oh yeah, there's that. It comes in about 100 pieces (not counting the 64 screws, 28 nails, and 12 pocket hole screws). You put every bit of this together yourself.

The description is deceiving, because the mobile cart is not large enough to be a file cabinet.

If it's going to be called a ROLL CART, it should have casters that can carry the load. This is a heavy and TIP HAZARD "roll cart". The casters can't carry this heavy particle board tower. They screw into the particle board base. Despite rolling carefully the casters unattached within a month. The back is unfinished. I had to cover with contact paper. The rest of the cabinet met my expectations. I have it on a rolling plant stand that uses the appropriate weight load casters.

Not difficult to put together and it will work perfectly for my sewing room needs.

It wasn’t what I expected. But I am using it anyway. A pretty tedious project to put together. Should be priced lower with the amount of labor for the product. Have since seen other cabinets that were already together that would have sufficed.

I’m happy with the cabinet. I painted it black, it took the paint without any issues. I also had to glue the bottom of each drawer to prevent them from sliding apart when opening. Overall it was just what I needed.

There are lots of parts and pieces, but take it a drawer at a time. The only problem I had was that the plastic runners that the drawers glide on were bowed. So several of the drawers don’t open and close easily.

I see a lot of complaints about the wood splitting, poor quality, and poor instructions. I have not had any issues. I did have a part missing and I got online and went to the Adeptus website and they sent the part for no charge. As far as the instructions, I’m not sure how anybody can be confused by them. They are easy to follow and understand .

This is one of the cheapest items I have ever put together and I have done a lot of ikea products. I was screwing in the pieces and the wood split. I had everything put together and it wobbled so bad. Never again.

Well manufactured. All dimensions good. Easy to put together. All parts supplied. I glued all the dowel connections although the instructions suggested not to glue. A couple pipe clamps made the construction easy.

This was a great drawer! It was exactly what I was looking for.
