product installs fairly easily if you are familiar with basic plumbing/soldering or using shark-bite type connectors. this cannot be used for more than 1 fixture either sink or tub/shower NOT BOTH. relatively easy and small to install under inside or behind the vanity or tub/shower. Provides virtually instant hot water to the spigot. Saves energy especially if you are used to using electricity via a standard hot water tank. this unit only fires up upon demand! Down side is you will need 1 unit per fixture so that means 1 for laundry 1 for each bathroom fixture and 1 for the kitchen. I expect if statistics are true to form they will more than pay for themselves in less than a year!

This product is simple to install, assuming you have 240v power readily available. It is well built and attractive enough that in many settings you would not feel the need to conceal it. The compact design makes it easy to place almost any where. Customer service is very helpful if you should have any questions.

The Super 900 Series 8.5 kW/240-Volt Tankless Electric Instant Water Heater is a very good water heater. I have wondered about the tankless water heaters for a long time and I must say that I am very impressed with the super 900 series. It is a great size making installation simple. The water heater is just for my downstairs bathroom. I'm thinking of purchasing a larger one for the rest of the house. I will have to wait and see if the electric bill goes up but I don't think it will very much.

I recently bought another home which is a real fixer upper. I cannot move in until a lot of work is done. One of the things about the new place that I didn't like was a water heater next to a washer and dryer in a closet, in the bathroom of the disabled in-law suite. Unfortunately, the water heater took up so much room, that the king sized front loader washer and dryer I already owned wouldn't fit in the closet. I would of had to buy smaller units and I have a king sized bed so that would never do for me. I opted to take out the huge hot water tank and install this on demand unit instead. It took up a fraction of the space so my laundry units will fit, plus it saves a lot of energy, because it does not have to constantly run to keep the water hot when no one is using it, like a traditional water heater does. What an energy saver. I don't do my own plumbing or electrical, so I had this professionally installed. My contractor had no problems installing this unit and was done in under 2 hours. Draining and removing the original water heater probably took the most time. The initial cost of these units are somewhat high, so I appreciate I was given the opportunity to try this through the Seeds program. Thank you Home Depot.

This tankless electric instant water heater has been a great addition to my home. It was fairly simple to install, even for a beginner and I haven't had any issues. It's a great size and works really well. I am definitely a fan and if this is what you're looking for, look no further because you won't be disappointed. This tankless instant water heater has the potential to save a lot of money.
