Label says home perimeter use and it kills many kinds of ants including Little Black Ants (aka pantry ants) because ants think it's food and feed it to the queen and kill the colony. As far as I can tell over 1 month's time, the little black ants just ignore it. They walk past it and go for the sweet borax solution.

I don’t like spraying poison so wanted a bait the ants took back to the nest. If you follow the directions at his product works. I look for ants every time I’m in the yard and if I see any, I’ll put out more bait. Easy to use & apply. I bought this for the first time last year and was pleased with results, no ants in the kitchen

This stuff is amazing
Over the past 6 months our yard has been over run with ants. They were building mounds all over the place, especially around our outdoor furniture and the strip of rocks we have next to our sidewalk. We first tried Terro granules and it appeared to help for maybe 2 weeks and then the ants came back with a vengeance. We found out it was only killing the ones on the surface that came in contact with it and the other ones were just moving the mounds. It was a nightmare. So we decided to give Amdro a try and oh my god, it worked instantly. I sprinkled it on the ground in the rock bed and watched as the ants went crazy, grabbing pieces of it left and right and taking it down into the mounds. I went back out the next morning and the mounds were completely empty. Went from seeing hundreds to maybe 1 or 2 in less than 24 hours. It's amazing! My only issue is it's also attracting to my dogs. I have to constantly watch them because they keep trying to eat it. They didn't have this problem with the other brands, not sure what it is about it this one. But as long as I keep them out of the treated area, it's all good. It's only been 24 hours so I'm going to keep monitoring the yard, but so far I'm super impressed with how quickly this stuff works and would definitely recommend it.

      PHENOMENAL
I moved into a house that must have been built on an ant hill. Ants everywhere, coming out of the walls and leaving piles of dirt around both exterior and interior baseboards. Daily swarms of thousands of ants were common if one morsel of food was left in the kitchen or anywhere. After 11 interior Terro baits and numerous exterior, I purchased Amdro, broadcasting it around the perimeter. Next am every morsel gone and no ants. After nine months of battle the war was won.

I have been using AMDRO to eliminate red ant hills for over 10-years. If you can be patient for roughly a week the ant mound disappears. AMDRO sterilizes the queen and she can't produce worker ants. No worker ants, no mound.

Not working as well as I'd hoped. Formula seems weak. I had to remove the bap as the grainuals were too large to go thru the sprinkle holes.

Amdro ant killer bait does a good job of eliminating fire ant mounds by killing the queen. It is easy to sprinkle on and around the mounds and continues to work even after rain. I have tried other fire ant killers and have never had success, but the Amdro is a great product. I use it in Florida now, but it even tackled our toughest ant problems in Georgia where fire ants are particularly persistent.

This product is amazing. If I see a line of ants along my walkway I just sprinkle a few pellets & the next day they are completely gone.

Huge problem with ants coming through the wall into our bathroom. Sprinkled the AMDRO on the floor where they were coming in and the next day there were hundreds of dead ants within a foot of the granules. Haven’t seen an ant since. Works great!
