Did its job! Humidified as stated in the description.
It is quiet enough for my family that it is used in the main living space. I breathe alot better, reduced the dryness from electric heating system used for our heat.
It works fine, and for the purpose we bought it for.
The delivery was exceptional also, we purchased online and was in perfect condition and on time.

Within the 1st week the motor rattled upon starting it up after filling & the motor itself was floppy loose in the bracket that holds it. Had to contact mfgr re: defective unit

Noisy

It is cheaply made and very loud. The thin plastic frame reverberates with the vibration of the unbalanced fan. Its real capacity is 2.5 gallons. Only way to reach 5 is to fill the reservoir once. Put it in the machine and wait 20 minutes for it drain to the bottom then refill it again. Other brands do not use this deceptive labeling for capacity.

Made mostly of cheap, flimsy plastic. It’ll run uninterrupted for ~16hrs on the lowest setting. The most it’s raised the humidity in my house is 70%. The highest setting is LOUD- much too loud to be used while anyone is home. It can be heard from the other side of my 1800 sqft house. It’s very large. You can see the fan’s copper windings when looking at the top of the unit. It is not aesthetically pleasing.

Doesn't Work Well
Did not wick the water up to put into the air. When I called the manufacturers customer service, I was told our water was probably either too hard or too soft, (neither of which is true--we have excellent quality water). Also, the water jug is a hassle to fill, is very inconvenient to use, & very loud. Brought it back & bought a Lacidoll Ultrasonic Humidifier that seems to be working great! It's much more versatile, compact, convenient, quiet, easy to fill, & is working fine with our water!

Love the refillable tank, although I hear they can be a bear to clean down the road. However, the fan is noticeably noisier than the Space Saver model, which actually holds more water. More importantly, it made creaking noises from loose parts. I tried to adjust them, but to no avail. Ended up returning it and getting the Space Saver model. Now I am happy!

Quiet
It is noisy on higher speeds. The only thing I don't like is its hard to tell when the bottle is getting full. You really have to pay attention. It would be better if it was a clear plastic.

I had a Bemis before which had two tanks. This struggles to keep humidity in a 1600 foot house at 30. I have to fill the tank every day. Also the Check Filter light comes on…. the filter does not need to be changed after one month, and it does not go off. Hello

This is a great humidifier, I don't know why its so hard to find a large room one. We have a 4000+ house and need all the help we can get in the mountains. Biggest issue was the the way the filter sits on this lip in the back if very tricky it seemed, easily breakable in my opinion. So far its holding together.
