These ruined my $$$$ clear cedar gate with a black stain below hinges. In only 2 wewks. Also, so much slop in the hinge pins, the hinges rattle.

Easy to install impact and 1/2 inch socket and done in seconds

One of the screws snapped off when I installed the hinges.

Screws were too short to reach the studs in the wall & door. I upgraded to some super duty black longer screws. They look & work great.

Would not install flush on the gate. Maybe a manufacturing defect?

Very sturdy and easy to install. I plan to use these on all of my gates. The slim design make it easier to avoid those awkward moments when you realize your hinge hardware overlaps other hardware you already attached to your gate. The removable hinge pin makes install much more manageable when you are installing on your own.

Good product: easy to install, hold over 100 lbs. gate with no problem.
