So far, these have worked great for painting smooth doors. In the past, I've painted doors with a brush, which is tedious and time-consuming. A friend recommended using foam rollers, which has turned out great. The high-density rollers, labeled 'for smooth surfaces', make a smooth paint job; they don't leave any more texture than a brush does, and they're a lot faster. I have several doors to paint, but with foam rollers I no longer dread doing this work.

You won’t believe this, but you asked – I cut off the tip and attach it to my toilet flushing actuator so that the lid does not bang and rattle when it automatically opens.?

Great with the exterior paint I used on my entry doors. I like the texture the roller creates. And I consider the rollers disposable…easy.

Foam roller fell apart during first 30 seconds of use with BIN primer, used on wood bookcase. Chips came off the roller and had to be taken off with a tweezer. Would not recommend at all.

Very smooth application

These little rollers are a great choice when doing small sections of drywall surrounded by trim. They hold the paint very well . They can also be used many times.

Very good for cabinet doors- foam is easy to clean as well
