Register ownership within 14 days after purchase, fill out the warranty card, keep copy of sales receipt. My lock was cut and here I am I forgot to send in warranty card.

Had this lock for a few months and only used it a couple of times. While at an RV resort, I had our two electric scooters locked with it. The following morning, the lock would absolutely not open with either key. After a 1/2 hour of trying, the RV site had to cut the cable with an electric grinder. Would I recommend this lock.........no. Off to Home Depot to hopefully exchange it.

The key cable is really good

Bike was stolen, and while there is no such thing as a completely secure lock, this lock was the equivalent of securing your bike with rope. 2 huge flaws, the lock casing is made out of plastic, which means you can literally just smash it open. Second flaw, it is not made of steel, it's made of aluminum. The thief was able to cut through it cleanly, you could probably cut through it with scissors if you're determined enough. Get a lock from a reputable company, not lock master.

Outstanding cable lock bought it to secure my 4500 watt inverter generator and it works great.

Pure Chinese Junk. Had two hours. Boycott Master lock for building an expensive lock in China.with super cheap plastic Plastic housing broke and cracked just by dropping on concrete while I was trying to lock. It slipped out of my hands and hit the pavement. The keys are so cheap. One key works other key wont fit in lock. Taking back to store after having this junk for a few hours.

Extremely insecure. The thick cable would make you believe that you're getting some sort of heavy duty lock, but you're wrong. The cable is plugged into very easily broken plastic. It can literally be broken apart in about 1 single second.

I came down to the garage in my building where my wife's and I's bikes were both locked to a bike rack, my bike with a kryptonite cable lock and my wife's with a master cable lock bought at homedepot (both good bikes) and what was left was my bike and a smashed master lock with it's cheap inners spewed about. I guess the theifs know which locks break open easy with a hammer and which don't. Once I saw the cheap insides of the master cable lock I realized what a mistake I made buying it!

Holds really good. Easy to unlock and locks up easy without the key by pushing the stud end into the lock. I'd buy it again if needed

Good lock, but overpriced at $47.

I bought this cable lock almost 3 months ago, everything was awesome. later after about 3 months, the key got broken just as other reviews says about the lock. It was just a waist of money.

I have a new E bike and this lock is great as I can lock both wheels and protect the battery from being stolen. Great product.

To replace another Master Lock cable which had been cut.

My daughter's bike was stolen from an off campus apartment at Michigan State University. I've since learned by reading the reviews that the cable is aluminum. Why wasn't that disclosed in the product description?

Thickest cable lock, heavy duty for sure. Smooth open/close lock. Worth the money
