Received prompt and courteous service on a replacement bulb order (first one damaged in shipment, second received quickly thereafter). Would have given five stars, but I discovered with the new bulb that the problem wasn't the bulb, but apparently the circuit board was to blame. I had assumed that the HappyLight 6000 was like most other light fixtures - simple maintenance, plug and play. Suggest that when one orders a replacement bulb, there's a disclosure that a non-working bulb may be the result of some other issue.....

The verilux replacement bulb works great. came well-packaged in a timely manner.

I have a HappyLight model VT 10. When I call, Verilux tells me that they no longer sell bulbs for my recently-purchased lamp; Although this very website directs me to purchase a CFS26GU24VLX bulb for my product, the link to the page where this bulb is allegedly available is a "page not found." Is Verilux trying to force customers to buy a new lamp instead of a new bulb?

I actually purchased the bulb because the light went out in my happy light. Come to find out it was not the bulb it was the actual unit that the bulb went into that must have given up. I ordered a new unit and absolutely love it!

So glad I got replacement bulb and light is working again. Original bulb lasted 5+ years.

So happy to say that I had a very positive experience when I ordered a replacement bulb for my Verilux HappyLight. The Customer Service Representative found the item # for my Light guickly and was able to place the order quickly as well. Having had my HappyLight for a few years, I was pleased to find out that the price of the bulb had not gone up.

Arrived as promised. Perfect fit and operation. Easy to install.

I thought that my light bulb had gone out in the HappyLight Full-Size, and I tried replacing it but to no avail. I wonder if the HappyLight Full-Size is burned out for some reason.

I called to get additional information and was provided it quite promptly.

It works and no special tools or husband needed for changing it out.

I was so happy that I could easily order a replacement for an older model of the Verilux Light. It arrived quickly, was easy to replace, and works!

My happy light crashed to the floor and the bulb broke just as we were moving into the darker days of autumn. I was worried that it would be difficult to replace. It wasn’t cheap, but it was definitely easy. After a few seconds of fumbling my light was like it was brand new.

I have replaced all lamps and lights with Verilux. I love the clean white light and I keep a spare of every bulb.

I purchased this to go with an older lamp that was flickering, to see if the bulb was the problem. The new light bulb did not solve the problem, so I'm left to assume the issue is with the base. I'm writing this to share that if you're experiencing a similar issue, a new light bulb may not fix it.

Replacement of the bulb and lens recently, has given my lamp new life. I appreciate having had the extra lens shipped with the original lamp. I'm wondering how to replace it as I didn't see any way to order one in the manual or online. My lens was terribly discolored due to heat and I'm amazed at how very bright the lamp now is! I neglected to replace either for much too long and will try not to repeat this oversight again. I'd not read the manual as I should have...

It was easy to remove and replace this bulb. Well worth keeping the lamp and getting a new bulb!

I was intially sent the wrong bulb but it was so easy, fast and professional to get the right one. I am overall satisfied. I wish they had the extra screw parts and things for your lamp!

Easy to change the bulb if you use the directions from original box. I didn’t see directions in new bulb package.

This light works! I bought a replacement for my lightbox that lasted almost 3 years with nearly daily use for several hours a day.

I purchased the bulb but it turned out there was something wrong with my lamp. The lady offered to refund me the bulb and gave me a discount to purchase another lamp. Great customer service!
