easy to install, makes a nice seal around the pipe.

There was water coming in around our vent stack because the seal on the roof jack had cracked. Sliding this down over the old seal took care of the problem, much easier than replacing the roof jack.

Was not as it looked on-line. Much smaller height profile and did not cover the entire vent seal.

Quality appears ok. Not what I would call universal fit. Not a direct replacement for the seal on my vent but was able to make it work.

Easy to install.

Too loose had to call to get a seal from rain. It is working but not on its own merit.

Worked great and fit snuggly. Wasn't wrinkly looking like shown in the photo.

I have a 3 1/2" OD vent stack. This item slipped right over it with a good tug Impossible for water to seep past it on a 3 1/2 " stack

this is a very affordable solution to what can be a really expensive problem. I am a couple years away from a total roof replacement. I have no interest in spending $125. per pipe to get the boots replaced.

These are awesome took me only 10 minutes to install 5 of them and they are permanent fix!

Worked awesome. Fit properly. A little different instructions as to how to make it fit a four inch might have been helpful but I got it figured out after the pliers recommendation didn't work easy for me.

Product worked very well, installed in 5 minutes. Had one of my two vents that had a tear in the material, decided to just do both for the cost. Oatey is a good product

These worked as described and were very easy to install. I noticed a crack on the existing one on my roof, so I decided to try these and they worked great! I bought several extra just in case I damaged one but I didn't need them. Hopefully they provide years of service before the roof needs replaced!

Had a cut in my original collar that allowed water to leak into my roof. I put this collar over the top of the old collar and it was a tight seal on a 3inch PVC pipe. No leakage ever since installation. Made of fairly thick (approx. 0.50in thick) rubber. You could cut the collar to fit a larger diameter pipe but it didn't seem trivial.
