Pro's, cuts as easily as wood, doesn't need to be painted and won't rot. Cons, difficult to nail, you need to pre-drill or use a finish nail gun. I found a finish nail gun with 2" 16 ga. nails worked well. All in all, I would use this again versus wood.

These moldings are great. Cut and fit the same as wood at a cheaper price. And paintable, but if your trim is white you won't need to paint. I would buy again and definitely recommend.

I repaired soffit and use this against the ceiling in the laundry room. That looks great. You don’t have to paint it very easy to cut a little bit of liquid nails and a couple 23 gauge nails turned out beautiful And the price was great

I was replacing the casing of a door and this product worked perfectly. It looks good too. Notalbly, I was not planning to purchase it, but when I changed the baseboards using the Colonial Imperial Oak, replacing the casing allowed the trim to match.

It worked very well for our purposes.

Good fit for the replacement of rotted wood drip edge.
